I gave you 5 stars because I think your product is worth it,
trying to reach anybody by phone is a huge problem - a long wait with automatic response and then leave your number- I'm willing to wait on the line but don't want the vagary of somebody possibly calling back at my inconvenience

Never got my email with the login credentials for the software after I purchased it. Had to call support to have them send it. Got it taken care of and finally got logged on.

I purchased and paid for the Ninjacators Tunnel Trader on Sept 20, 2024 and signed for the Software Licensing Agreement, got the confirmation the same day, Ninjacators still asked to sign the agreement, so I signed the agreement again and got the confirmation on Sept 22, 2024, still don't get the License Key for the indication.
I regret paid for the Tunnel Trader pkg and they don't give me the license key for the indicator, that is a waste of my money for nothing.

There appears to be two different web pages. When I log on one of the pages I can't get to the platforms that I signed up for. I can only get to the proper page by responding to a recent email from Ninjacators. Support is limited to regular hours Monday thru Friday. Some of my issues come up late Friday or over the weekend.

All my questions were answered as to how to get the best from Blackbeard Pro without being able to dedicate into deep engagement / study for the time being.

Josh and Richard do an outstanding job of putting together a systematic way of looking at markets for direction, then breaking it down for entries and targets. They give a few different, easy systems to use along with deploying Fibonacci's. As far as communicating education by far hands down Johs is the best. Richard has helped me many times over and is an outstanding person to learn everything from basics to advanced use of NinjaTrader, Trading View. They are real traders teaching us safe and intelligent methods for trading. Strongly recommend anyone from beginners to more advanced trader.

I had the privilege of learning from Josh, at a free webinar and I can confidently say that it was one of the best time investments I’ve made in my trading career. I'm not a day trader nor a futures trader, but Josh gave a lot of very useful material that I believe will be extremely helpful to me in my options trading.

Great education for someone serious about trading.

Joshua Martinez gave a well paced, highly informative presentation on Trend lines and Fibonacci which I found very useful.

If you are looking to get in or learn automated trading, this product is not suitable at all.

It is expected that you have:

a. MONEY (Robot Lab is 5k).
b. EXPERTISE to tweak your robots settings etc
c. TIME to do it.

Otherwise, you will lose money.

1. The 30 day money back guarantee is not enough time for you to set up your VPS, fund your account, get a white glove installation appointment and test your robots in a test and eventually live environment to learn and see how it all works. By the time I got this set up, I realized I was way in over my head so I asked for a refund but I was past the 30 day mark. FYI, I run two businesses so I'm naturally self motivated to get things done. However, 30 days is not a realistic time frame to get everything set up, running and tested especially if you are brand new.

2. There are live training sessions via Zoom every week and it functions like a chatroom with tons of other people on the call. If you need more technical support, there is no paid for service you can hire to help you tweak. This is where you need to have the time to test and tweak your robots (assuming you have the understanding on How To and you also understand all trading jargon). There is no online community, private Facebook group or any other community based option to support your journey. It's just email support which is pretty decent with nice folks.

What is also good? Their Marketing.

Via live webinar/s and email marketing where you are emailed multiple times daily on how you can make thousands with a click of a button. This style of marketing is called bro marketing where the urgency and frequency of emails is very high and super heightened in inducing FOMO for self-serving purposes.

The Robot Lab is marketed as the most sophisticated automated trading robots which takes less than 10 minutes of your day for anyone. Fire up the VPS and connect the robots. The end.

What is not mentioned at all is the hours and hours you will need to dedicate to backtesting, tweaking, testing the robots in a simulated and live environment to make sure it all works. If it doesn't, then you need to either figure it out yourself, email support or wait for the next live webinar. Email support will only provide you with pretty generic and vague answers as they are probably not legally allowed to tell you what to do due to trading laws.

Robot Lab does NOT run on Mac. Again, this was not disclosed in any marketing or technical disclaimers.

It is NOT plug and play despite the 5k investment and not mentioned anywhere during the sales pitch webinar/s or sales nurturing emails.

I tested this product for 10 months (both in a test environment and live) and my most conservative robot portfolio had one green blip (made about $400) a couple of times and the rest of the bar chart is a sea of red (daily losses) for 6 months straight.

So, unless you have the money to lose, time to tweak and already have a lot of trading experience, I would give this product a miss and classify it under "shiny new object distraction". It is unfortunate.

As you can see from the response from Ninjacators, they have taken the stance of good luck and goodbye and not doing the customer right. As a business owner, refunds are just part of doing business because your product cannot possibly satisfy everyone. It's not possible and that's just a fact.

A customer should NEVER have to fight for a refund. That's just purely unethical, shortsighted and amateur. Businesses like this should be reported to consumer protection authorities.

I've been working full time in technology for the last 24 years and this is a company that relies on smoke and mirrors by misleading the consumer through omission of information. They also keep spamming your mailbox with multiple emails a day aggressively despite unsubscribing.

Instead of centering the customer as the heart of the business, Ninjacators is run by big egos who "stand by their product" -- even though the customer has shown good faith by having taken all the steps necessary to work the product and by their own admission their product is not a good fit.

Once you buy anything from Ninjacators, you're essentially trapped.

Buyer beware.

I wrote a review of Blackbeard Bots, which was not complimentary. Each person who looks at these bots has to make up their own mind. However, after dealing with them, particularly after my first review, I must say that this is a high integrity company. The support is first class and they try very hard to help clients. You can make your own mind up about bots. Some people have had very good results, some not. I would caution you that the process of setting up the bots, understanding them and using them takes time.

Although I have not installed the programs yet the customer service and follow up has been great.

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed in the purchase of the Blackbeard bots. I requested a refund but have not heard from anyone at Ninjacators by telephone. I have written requesting a refund. I have called, and no answer. I am beyond their 30 day period for a refund. However, this is not enough time to evaluate this product. I took me 2 weeks to get a VPS set up. Then it takes time to figure out how to install the bots, test the bots, set up a live feed and an account with Ninjatrader, and see if the bots actually work. In my case, they don't. The bots have lost lots of money for 1 1/2 months, even after adjusting them. The support people are very nice when and if they call back. Christian seems sincere, or he is just a good salesman. The bots only seem to win in an up trending market and frankly, there is a huge learning curve and at the end of it, just lousy results. I would not recommend the purchase of this product. I got into it based on a recommend from John Carter. These people all appear to be charlatans.

Really enjoyed Josh Martinez's presentations. He is very good and knows his stuff. I don't trade futures much and his presentations are based on that, but have been using some of his suggestions with stocks.

Brand new to futures trading. Josh is the most thorough teaching guy I have ever seen. Watched two webinars and learned lots. He makes his trades live and explains everything.

Very detailed and exciting opportunities presented on the webinar. I had a follow up call with a customer service representative and he was very helpful. Your people always do a very good job.
