Ninjacators has excellent customer service
Ninjacators has excellent customer support. They are willing to quickly answer your emails. Then if they can't help by email, they schedule live help. They have numerous videos to help educate you. They also have a free, live trading room. In the trading room, they are doing live trades and showing you their process for selecting trades beyond their indicators. I've joined numerous trading rooms that cost me on a monthly basis. None were as good!

A lot of products get presented. Customer service takes too long to respond. Exchanges or refunds take a long time.
