Purchase experinence was simple
Purchase experinence was simple and worked as advertised. Emails immediately came in with details, receipt and so on. Minor difficulty with getting a working password for the new robot site.

Ninja Trader is a great trading broker platform that I use for trading future. The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful as well as great knowledge in their expertise. I recommend people to use NT8.

The people running the trade rooms are great. They really know their business and are always ready to help.
I just purchased Quantum Edge and agree that I am early in the learning process, but it is frustrating not to find a place to get answers. I looked through the dashboard, but a lot is missing. I am sure that answers will come, but I have become a "need it now" guy in my old age.

Spent$1,500 on a product and never…
Spent$1,500 on a product and never received any communication about next steps. Had to email support to ask who took a day to respond. Not very impressive.
Note I received about 6 emails reminding me to purchase and then dead silence after I spent a lot of money.
Still not sure the email I received tonight is the training etc for the Destiny product.
I thought there was also access to a trading Tom or something similar.
I sent a check for $100k which was withdrawn from my Schwab account Last Wednesday morning. It is now Monday evening and the money is not in my account. Nor did I receive any form of communication acknowledging the deposit or it’s status.
100k is a lot of money. Should I be worried?
