I have ordered several times from Ninjutso and always had a great experience. Also their customer service is quick to respond. The quality of the mice has so far been perfect. None of my units had any issues.

This is the best mouse I had so far. Logitech never again.

Stay away from this company. Poor quality faulty products with even worse customer service that refuse to cooperate. Purchased the Sora V2 a few months ago and immediately noticed the poor build quality of main mouse clicks. They wobble side to side significantly and cause instability when using the mouse. I brought this to the attention of their customer service which consists of only one guy “Steven” which claims this is normal. Months later, the wobble had gotten even worse, simply gripping and using the mouse the side to side wobble can be felt and is incredibly distracting. The subpar quality of this mouse is apparent compared to other mice. After contacting customer service again (Steven) I was again told that this is normal after explaining my concerns and showing video proof of the horrible issue that has gotten worse. I love the shape of this mouse and want to keep using it but due to this issue I am not going to use the mouse anymore nor will I ever recommend anyone support this company. The company lies about their warranty and refuses to issue refunds and replacements for faulty products.

The mouse did not work out of the box. We've spent weeks jumping through their diagnostic hoops. The product is trash and customer service is a joke. I would avoid this product and anything made by this company.

This company is using som questionable marketing. The sora V2 is supposed to be a "8khz" mouse but a separate dongle is required. You are not even able to use the mouse wired in anything over "1khz" polling. Don't recommend buying a mouse from this company. False advertising. You are better of buying a mouse that supports what is advertised....
