Sorry dubby for leaving a bad review I was wrong I was following a friend that told me not to trust you and they say you where a scam I have blocked them permanently as I am against haters and people that false advertising so I have taken down my bad review and re editing it to a good review and I don't feel like lose my affiliate partner ship or get banned I hope you accept my apologies.

I was excited to partner with Dubby and support the brand, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. A shipment associated with my partnership was stolen, and I reached out to Dubby multiple times for assistance but did not receive a response.

I understand that a stolen shipment isn’t necessarily the company’s fault. What disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-up after I contacted them. As a partner representing the brand, I expected better communication and support.

I hope Dubby improves its partner/customer communication because I genuinely wanted this partnership to work.

Seen Dubby social media posts all over the internet and was willing to give it a try. First interaction with them was on discord, moderators don't condone hate speech. However, from my experience they will allow it if an individual targets you about you being straight or being a Christian. Mods will also punish you for defending yourself and not the person targeting you. Genuinely crazy, unjust, and absolutely mind blowing. Even claiming they try to be welcoming but things like this happens within their discord server. Further more when questioning the mods for why the took such actions they just respond "this conversations is over" and don't even give you a real explanation that justifies why they took such action and failing to actual moderate the real problem.

Further more with purchasing their products. I ordered their products, their policy states that everything ships within 24 hours on a business day. I ordered on a Thursday, 24h has passed and nothing happed. pass over the weekend nothing happens and I get that it is pretty normal, however Monday passes making it 48 hours still nothing happened. I decided to email them at that point with them telling me they are going to ship it. Only a label was made. Only then after that 72 hours has passed was it finally shipped. So not only did they violate on there policy, but even in the discord server where the CEO himself said that it takes 48 hours to ship which is contradicting what is stated on the shipping policy on there website, and even then still could not uphold his own promise off shipping within the 48h time frame.

The products finally arrived today, being the Ice cream melt bottle, Tiger's blood, and the Chef's choice (Retro Sherbet). The bottle itself is fine and i have no issues with it other than the design having this cut on it making it look really weird at that point on the bottle instead of a full complete look.
When opening the powders, the smell was musty and disgusting. this was the case for both. In all honesty this should've been my sign to have not consume it as this was probably one of the worst smelling powders i ever had came into contact with, i have smelled plenty of horrible smells and this is one of them. Also to note there is no best by date or expiration date to know if the product is still good or fresh. After trying the products it made me feel sick, making me want to throw up and not sitting right with my stomach at all, while also some how leaving my mouth dry.

I partnered with this company with a lot higher hopes and expectations. I've met some good people within the server itself and I am happy about that but they have also told me about ill experiences. This has deeply left me unsatisfied and leaving a poor taste with this company.

I have now seen screenshots of a message sent by Dubby’s CEO to another reviewer regarding their 1-star Trustpilot review.

In the message, the CEO acknowledges that the review “worked” because it got Dubby’s attention. He then explains that a 1-star review can “really harm our reputation” and asks the reviewer whether they would consider removing it.

He also argues that the incident involved a non-Dubby employee rather than Dubby’s products or services.

I find this concerning because the message is not simply an attempt to address the underlying complaint — it specifically asks the reviewer to remove their negative Trustpilot review because of the potential impact on Dubby’s reputation.

I believe customers should be able to share their experiences honestly, and potential customers should be able to see both positive and negative feedback when deciding whether to do business with a company.

I am sharing this update because I believe this is relevant to how Dubby handles negative customer feedback.

These guys work so hard and publicly show behind the scenes on TikTok and Twitter. They are not corporate it’s just a team of dudes who work hard and actually talk to us in social media.

Never change your formula dubby because otherwise I will be your customer for life

I’ve been a partner with DUBBY for close to 2 years and have had a great relationship with the team. They’ve helped me grow my Twitch channel a bit and give me pointers on how to be a better creator - I also have earned a few free tubs which is dope because I truly like the cherry limeade flavor and the dragon aid flavor. This is my 2 cents on them you get out what you put in

I've been drinking Dubby since they first released and only had 1 flavor available. Since then, I have purchased and consumed over 50 tubs. I have never had an issue with a shipment, never had a damaged package. If anything they will throw in a little something extra for me every so often with a note that says thanks for supporting. I've been emailed by the CEO before asking for feed back and thanking me for my support over the years and he always seems so genuine. Overall, the reason I keep ordering more is because of their formula. It is very clean compared to other 'energy drinks' and zero sugar has always been a plus. I have been choosing Dubby because it doesn't make me crash, I love the flavors, and all other caffiene drinks I've ever had have made me jittery and sweaty. Dubby, in my opinion, is actually the best caffiene drink on the market.

Company sent me a promo for a free bottle and I redeemed it after the cutoff period and after asking nicely they said they would honor it and word for word they said “you being happy is our top goal” and that made me feel so good to support this company

Really great flavors and a fun company to partner with. They’ve been great to work with and i’ve really enjoyed working with the Dubby team

Partnered with them, found out I had to order something, regardless of that partnership (scummy).. But I did at 5 pm.. Did a little more research, noticed some flaws in their formula like having too high concentration of chemicals that could easily make one sick. Cancelled the order via email at 7 pm (same day). They ignored that email and next day said they are sending it. Told them I'm having my bank get my money back and said, don't send it. Don't want it. They continued to double down. I got my money back before the product even left the UPS facility.

BRO! Amazon will give you a WHOLE damn day to automatically cancel and order.. get with the times!

Terrible customer service,items missing from delivery and won't replace avoid

This is a terrible company with no business ethics.

They have deceived their affiliate partners by refusing to pay the commissions they rightfully earned. They have cheated and taken advantage of their partners' hard work.

Truly disgraceful. All partners should stay far away from this company.

I am an mma fighter and own a fighting gym in socal and saw dubby ads - contacted them and we have been stocking our gym with their flavors. Our athletes are preferring this product over cans because they don’t get carbonation and bloated during rolling or drills. I will continue to stock our gym with these tubs. - Armando

Dubby has been my go to energy drink for the past year and a half. Once you get used to their flavors, it’s hard to switch to anything else, they’re just that good. I’ve tried a few different ones, but Tiger’s Blood and Sour Gummy Bears are my favorites.

Love all of the 6 flavors I've tried. the plastic shaker bottles aren't great though, I haven't tried any of the metal bottles so they might be better. My biggest downside is I find the flavors seperate faster then other drinks ive tried so sometimes if you don't shake multiple times the last bit in the bottle will be pretty grainy. Besides that though it tastes amazing and I don't get super jittery from drinking it. Will keep ordering

I’ve been using Dubby for the longest time now and this is my number 1 brand for energy drinks, no hesitation. I love the flavours, the timely shipping with zero complications. If you're looking for a reliable brand that actually delivers on its promises, this is the one.

Writing this review after just placing my fifth order and I must say I am loving the experience so far. The taste is amazing, the packaging comes secure and the customer service is also nice. 10/10 recommended!

I just finished my first tub of Dubby Dubsludge and I honestly loved it. I’ve tried a lot of other big brands but they didn’t stick up to me like this one did. Next I’ve ordered their dragonade, let’s see how that one goes. Fingers crossed. 🤞
