NinthAvenue New Zealand レビュー

Great communication and was easy to keep track of order. Great Product

The communication from the company was great. I knew exactly what to expect and roughly when the item will arrive. No other issues. Still using the product and it is a little bit too early to say how the result has landed.

very responsive, very good

Bad ,I have purchased a shaver form NinthAvenue, it came 11 days later in an old amazon box the box inside was open and the shaver was used ! with a 110 volt charger in it ,this is against the law in NZ
It looks like the did not have the saver in stock so they ordered one off eBay and it came used, not good enough the cost was $290 NZ
Now they want me at my cost ,to send it to the US the saver is best to go in the rubbish (TRASH)
I would say this is the worst purchase I have ever made
I have now contacted credit card conapany and they are going to charge back if you want this junk back you can send me a prepaid shipping bag

Service, product, and care in delivery made me very pleased, I would appreciate a cheaper price but do understand that the product originates in the USA. I am considering asking for a way to market the product in Rotorua. There is a demand here. (not surer of date received)

Your website was easy to navigate. Package arrived promptly. What more can I ask?

Good communication to the other side of the world

Kept regularly well informed on the delivery of my purchase at all times. Friendly, professional and courteous service.

Well pleased with my purchase, it’s quality and presentation. Thank you. Andrew

Much faster deliver than expected. Expensive but beautiful

Quick delivery. Great customer service.

Easy to use and arrived quicker than expected. I am stocked that you could ship the product I wanted as I have been meaning to try it for a while

Fast delivery as requested. Love my Joseph clothes. They came lovingly wrapped in perfect condition.

Quicker than expected delivery of my items :) love my products! So stoked to be able to get them. I will be ordering more

I was happy to receive the drawing salve as this kind of product is hard to find in my country New Zealand for a reasonable price.
Grateful for the service and delighted about the big size.
Seems like a good quality salve.

Very happy with experience. Had to come along way as I live in New Zealand, but arrived safely, not taking too long, and communication at the start was very good and gave mea sense of a well run company.

Givens clean and helpful all informations.

Great, as promised.

The service was very good and I didn't wait too long for my order to arrive.
