Mega Kundenservice!

Ich sammle seit ein paar Jahren diverse Uhren, die mir so gefallen.
Darunter sind 6 Nixon Modelle.
Für zwei brauchte ich jetzt je ein Armbandglied.
Was soll ich sagen, die Firma Nixon hat mir diese kostenfrei, mit einer ganz tollen Mail und völlig selbstverständlich zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das ist Kundenservice am absolut oberen Ende.
Ich habe mich sehr gefreut und kann die Uhren nun wieder mit Freude tragen.

Danke danke danke!

Macht weiter so.

Can't see the hands

The hands on The Sentry are hollow, sort of like wire frames, not solid. So it's almost impossible to see them (so to see where they are pointing). In bright daylight or bright artificial light, you have to move your arm/wrist around until the light catches the thin-framed hands. In low light, fine. So think carefully, if you want to tell the time instantly, you won't be able to most of the (bright) time. All but renders the watch useless, or at best very frustrating. Silly design.

Will never purchase another

A screw fell out after 2 weeks of wearing it.
Notified Nixon and was told they don’t have any replacement screws. My 2 week old watch is now a paperweight and the only thing that got screwed was me!

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. I bought a medium Time Teller with gold coloured strap in July. The watch has a very weak clasp and within 4 weeks it had fallen off twice, once hitting the pavement hard and leaving a scratch on the case and once in a shop where I temporarily lost it (thankfully someone picked it up and I got it back). I complained to customer services and asked for a refund at the end of August. I was offered a choice of a "new and improved clasp" or a refund. I thought I'd try the clasp but then it turned out they hadn't got a clasp in stock which matched my watch and when it arrived it was only half the clasp and didn't fit my watch and looked exactly the same design. I then asked for a refund (this was on 11th September). I didn't get a response until 26th September and was offered a refund or replacement watch. I immediately replied confirming I want a refund but I've yet to have any contact back or receive the refund.
The watch I bought was to replace a faulty Time Teller which lasted 4 years before one of the time markers on the watch face fell off. I replaced the leather strap after 3 years with a Nixon replacement strap which lasted about 1 month before it started coming apart and is now completely split after 9 months.
Interestingly I've tried to review both products but Nixon won't accept my reviews.
So, I think Nixon watches look great and I really wanted to have a Time Teller but they are poor quality and not long lasting and customer services are just downright awful. I eagerly await a refund so I can go and get a different brand of watch which will hopefully be better quality and more durable.

Achtung - billige Armbänder!

Achtung: Die Armbänder sind von sehr schlechter Qualität und ist bei meiner Nixon-Ripley schon nach einem Jahr gerissen! :-( Dazu ist der Reparatur- und Ersatzteilservice massiv überteuert, Versandkosten müssen sowohl für die Ein- und Rücksendung (20 €) selber bezahlt werden, dies lohnt sich für eine Armbandwechsel von 40 € nicht! Auch die Beratung ist absolut misserabel und kennt sich nicht mal im eigenen Produktsegement aus - also Fingerweg! :-(

poor Nixon after sales service.

I have had a Nixon watch for 3/4 years works fine until it doesn't ! tried customer service email came back, sorry we receiving heavy traffic try again, or go to the same link which returns you to the same email address,
tried the chat bot that was out of action tried calling the phone numbers they do not work. no uk help line no service department even called the distributor for the UK they were not even bothered to offer any help.
so my experience of trying to get my wach repaired with Nixon is a disaster stressful i think i will go back to Cassio at least they have a working customer service/repair offering.

El peor servicio postventa que he visto…

El peor servicio postventa que he visto jamás.
Pedí un reloj como un regalo en navidades para mi mujer, estaba defectuoso y se rompió al segundo día, lo envié a reparación en garantía y a día de hoy (5 meses después) sigo sin el reloj y sin ninguna solución por su parte. Un desastre y una falta de profesionalidad increíble.

absolute horse-shet

absolute horse-shet.
Sent a faulty watch where the non replacable battery died after less than a year, paid silly money to return it, only for them to refuse it to repairs. I have 2 Nixon watches, the Dork 2 - broken, no longer works due to battery - and a newly bought Regulus which immediately steamed up, likely because its a hot pile of shet.

Nixon ,ne garantit pas les pièces…

Nixon ,ne fournissent pas les pièces détachées après 3 ans.
J ai eu un problème avec le bracelet de la Midnight Chanel T
Qui a cassé 2 fois .
Impossible de le changer, ils ne fournissent plus de pièces détachées après 3 ans.
De plus pour avoir acheté plusieurs de leurs montres,je peux affirmer que la qualité des montres dans un temps relativement court ,se dégrade très vite.

Dont give this place your business

Honestly, this place is by far the worst. I ordered a watch and requested engraving as this is for a gift. I saw they have a 2-7 day shipping policy. I called to update the watch to be expedited and they said it was a not problem, I’d get the watch at the 7th day. I never got tracking. So I missed the day I was supposed to give this as a gift. I called again, they said the watch was ready and was going to ship out the next day. Then I never got tracking info so i called again. They then said they didn’t know when it was gonna ship. This place doesn’t have a handle on the ship dates nor their training processes. This was supposed to be a gift, how do you not know how to analyze your queue and ship your products per what you communicate!

Nice design. Terrible quality.

Nice design.. terrible quality and every watch I’ve bought so far is dead in less than 1 year.

Nixon watches have a nice visual design but are made with such low quality that I keep having to buy a new watch to replace each previous one I had that just stopped working. The watches don’t even last a year, and I don’t wear them every day and take good care of them..
So sadly I will stop buying Nixon watches and find another brand with higher quality watches until Nixon’s quality improves. I like the styles a lot, but it’s such a pain and waste to keep throwing away watches.

Hope at some point quality is taken more seriously here.

The quality is just not there

The quality is just not there. I’ve had 3 watches all have issues, Nixon refuses to fix them as they’re “discontinued” (only 2 years old!!) and only offers a measly amount to buy a new watch. It’s an absolute joke, they’re a massive disappointment sadly. Spend your money elsewhere on a quality brand that stands behind their product. This however, is cheap garbage that is not stood behind.

spent 150 on a watch arrived broken wont refund

spent 150 on a watch. Delivered broken and wont refund me. Terrible company and customer support that is now also ignoring my messages. plan to open a claim against them.

Extremely happy with Shipping service and Product/Packaging

Purchased the NIXON Descender 300m watch (swiss quartz movement) and extremely impressed with how fast it arrived, and the quality of the product and packaging are unbelievable for the price. I am definitely buying from NIXON again.

Brand new watch

Brand new watch. Not working. Asked to return to France at my cost and have to pay custom charges. Not free returns at all. Online help on their website said take to local watch repair and pay myself. This they said however could effect warranty. Pathetic service. Seriously avoid.

Doesn’t Deserve These One Star Reviews

I have no idea why this company is getting such bad reviews. I have six Nixon watches and all have been astounding. One I’ve had for around 7 years and I’ve had to have the battery replaced in it once. It’s one of the Star Wars sentry models. I’ve ordered new bands from them, sent my watches in for batteries, and the most recent one that went in for a battery took a bit longer than I’d hoped so I reached out. Found out they were backed up and the lady on chat was excellent. She asked if there was anything else she could do and I asked for stickers and she sent me a pack of 8 stickers for free! I recently bought a hat, gaiter, and backpack and all came super quick and in great shape.

I love these watches and I’ll continue to buy from them. Zero clue what’s been going on with the people posting reviews but I’m a customer for life.

Sent two dead watches!

I bought the Dork Too watch. Delivery was pretty quick although I wasn’t expecting it to be dispatched from France. However when the watch arrived it did not work at all. Customer service was pretty good and sent a replacement immediately. Believe it or not, the replacement did not work either. Back to customer service, who was quite helpful and apologetic. But now the watch is out of stock so no more replacements available to send me. How they could allow two faulty watches to be sent to the same person is beyond me. Surely there is someone checking that these watches actually work? They market themselves as a premium brand but I feel that is questionable. Annoyed, frustrated and quite pissed off. I shall be avoiding Nixon from now on.

NIXON SCAMMERS

Purchased a Dork Too watch directly from Nixon. It arrived with a faulty rechargeable battery. It wont charge at all, when plugged in it says the battery is full but as soon as its unplugged it switches off. Contacted Nixon and my messages are totally ignored. Every way of returning this watch, Nixon want me to pay more money to replace the watch or get a refund. I already had to pay £10 delivery for a watch that was sent out faulty with no quality control from Nixon what so ever.
I wont give up and will be contacting Trading Standards.
I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID NIXON WATCHES AS THEY ARE A SCAM, OVERPRICED CHEAP CHINESE WATCHES AT TOP PRICES. Might as well buy direct from China for cheap then at least it wont hurt your wallet when it ends up in the bin.
