Loving the ride

I bought my E8 treadmill in Feb . I'm 59 year old nearly 16 stone, I've been doing 5 miles every day , I lubricated the deck after a few uses, as the deck was quite warm, so make sure you remember to maintain it.this is my fourth treadmill and the best I've owned, trust me I've had high end second hand machine, you don't know how much usage it's had.

I’m absolutely loving the treadmill


I’m absolutely loving the treadmill from NoblePro. The integration is next level and makes the whole experience feel seamless and premium. On top of that, the customer support has been fantastic — responsive, helpful, and genuinely great to deal with. Really happy with my purchase and overall experience.

Great when it works, terrible support when it fails. Ignored for 2 weeks.

Everything is great with NoblePro until you actually need their help. I am extremely disappointed with both the product's durability and the company's "support" (or lack thereof).
My treadmill's running deck cracked after only 3,434 km. For a premium treadmill used at home by a single user weighing only 75 kg, this is unacceptable. A deck should last tens of thousands of kilometers. This clearly points to a manufacturing defect rather than standard wear and tear.
However, the worst part is the communication. I have been waiting over two weeks for a response to my last messages (Case ID: 1090570). My treadmill is currently a useless piece of furniture, and NoblePro seems to have forgotten I exist. They claim on Trustpilot to be "always there for the customer," but my experience is the exact opposite—total silence.
Is this how you treat loyal customers? Or am I being ignored because I'am a foreigner?

UPDATE after company response

Thank you for the response, but the core issue remains unresolved. My disappointment isn't just about the cost of the running deck; it's about the lack of empathy and professional ownership of what is clearly a quality defect at 3,434km. A running deck failing at such low mileage is a clear quality issue, not wear and tear. I have responded to your support ticket and I am waiting for a fair solution that reflects the premium service you advertise.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the frustration this case has caused.

Having reviewed your support ticket, we can see that although an initial response was provided, the follow-up to your later messages was not handled quickly enough. We understand why this left you feeling ignored, and we apologise for that.

We also understand your concern regarding the running deck condition at the mileage you have reported, and we appreciate how disappointing this has been, particularly while the treadmill is unusable.

We would also like to be clear that a customer’s nationality has absolutely no bearing on how their case is handled. Every customer should receive timely and respectful support, and we are sorry that our communication led you to feel otherwise.

In relation to the warranty matter, we would like to clarify that we did provide a solution for this case. However, some of the additional requests being made fall outside the scope of our warranty terms. That said, we are always willing to help where we can, and we will ensure that we follow up on your additional support request and outline the options available within our warranty offering.

Appalling customer service

Ordered Noble pro E8ix at the start of February, ordering was easy and delivery arranged. I was offered a call giving me 30 mins notice of delivery which I gratefully accepted, so was a little frustrated when the driver phoned me and said he was 5-10 mins away - not necessarily Noblepro’s fault but something they should be aware of.
We set up our treadmill the next day but unfortunately the touchscreen nor the incline worked. I opened a support ticket with noble pro and must admit was rather frustrated when they first thing they asked for was a proof of purchase despite me giving the order number and explaining I had just taken delivery of the treadmill. They also asked for photos - quite irrelevant for something that doesn’t work.At this point I phoned Noble pro who said they would get someone to call me back - this never happened so I carried on messaging via the open ticket. I was then given a list of troubleshooting things to try -TBH, I had already tried these myself but ran through everything again and still nothing . I messaged back and was advised of the possibility of a different issue which required us to take more of the treadmill apart and check connections - this also did not work.I messaged again saying I had completed this and still nothing, the next message back was asking if any cables were loose. I messaged back saying no they weren’t and I wanted to know what next steps would be as I had had the treadmill for over 10 days and still had been unable to use it.
They then said they would send a new screen - this was on a Friday so another weekend of no treadmill. A screen arrived the following week on the Friday and it was what I can only describe as a dirty and dented second hand screen - I did assemble it to see if it worked and it did but repackaged it immediately and contacted Noble pro by phone - there was no one who could help but the lady that took my call was brilliant and assured me she would leave a message for the team and I also completed more on the open ticket and sent photos of ‘new’ screen. Given all of this I naively expected a call on the Monday morning, but nothing. I phoned again and was told someone would call . I then received a message through the open ticket whereby Noble pro tried to say the screen was tested before sending and not repackaged well. I did eventually speak to someone at Noble pro after having to phone them again and basically say that I wanted a full refund unless they sorted the issue. Another screen was then sent out. After unpacking - and yes this one did look new I connected it up and 
. It didn’t work - however this time it was because it needed to run multiple updates- which I get can happen with devices but given my whole experience I really wasn’t impressed by this stage. However 3 weeks later and I had at last a working treadmill. - ish . I have been using the kinni app as advertised with treadmill and I am not sure whether it is that, the treadmill or our internet but it’s certainly isn’t great - My 10 minute programmed warm up - lasted 17 minutes this week- so certainly some troubleshooting for me to do.
I also have 2 spare screens still apparently worth £500 each but Noble pro clearly aren’t concerned as they have not been in touch about these at all.
So would I make this purchase again - absolutely not - would I advise anyone else to purchase a Noblepro treadmill - absolutely not. I know it’s early days and the treadmill may turn out to be fine but I am sure other makes are also just as good but with far better customer service.

We understand why you were frustrated by the repeated troubleshooting, the lack of timely follow-up, the condition of the first replacement screen sent to you, and the overall time it took before the treadmill was finally working.

That is not the level of service we aim to provide. We also acknowledge that we should have followed up more proactively regarding the spare screens and your concerns about the app experience.

We appreciate you recognising that the treadmill is now working, but we fully accept that the journey to get there was not good enough. Please reply to your existing ticket or contact our support team so we can arrange collection of the spare parts and assist further with the Kinni/app issues.

Noble Pro 8 - outstanding!

The Noble Pro 8i is an outstanding treadmill that delivers a premium running experience from the moment you step on it. The build quality feels solid and stable, even at higher speeds or during interval sessions, and the motor runs impressively quietly. The cushioning strikes a great balance between comfort and responsiveness, making longer runs noticeably easier on the joints. The interface is intuitive, the preset workouts are genuinely useful, and the connectivity options make training sessions feel more engaging. It’s quiet enough to use early in the morning without waking anyone up, and the whole experience feels premium. If you’re looking for a treadmill that motivates you to run more, this is it. All communication with Noblepro was


All communication with Noblepro was excellent, but they didn't give me the information about the delivery company, who informed me of a delivery at lunchtime on a day I was going to be out. I had to find the information out by my self to rearrange delivery. Other than this, the treadmill is fantastic, although when I switched the screen on and connected to Bluetooth, it appeared to already be connected to another phone. This leads me to believe it is a returned console.

We are sorry there was confusion around the delivery arrangements and that you had to track down the delivery company details yourself in order to reschedule. We appreciate that this was inconvenient and it is something we are continuing to review with our delivery process.

Regarding the console, we would like to reassure you that this does not indicate that you received a returned item. We randomly select screens for quality testing before dispatch, and this includes testing the Bluetooth connection. As a result, previous Bluetooth pairing information may occasionally appear when the console is first switched on.

So far the treadmill is excellent. The buikd quality is really good. The treadmill doesn't move at all when running on it and very solid throughout. Screen is large and clear, with very useful applications you can install. Very happy with the treadmill so far.

Found the Perfect Treadmill

I recently purchased a treadmill from Noble-Pro (the E10i), and overall the experience has been very positive.

Delivery was arranged through an external company due to it being a pallet delivery. Unfortunately, my agreed delivery date was pushed back by one day, which was frustrating as I’d taken the day off work. That said, after speaking with the delivery company and learning the driver was sick, it was understandable and handled reasonably well.

As for Noble-Pro themselves, they’ve been excellent so far. I had a minor issue with a very small part missing, and their online ticket system works really well. You log the issue, and then communicate back and forth until it’s resolved. Responses have been prompt and helpful, even during the festive build-up period, which is impressive.

Now to the main reason for the review — the treadmill itself.

I went for the E10i, and it’s a serious bit of kit. It genuinely wouldn’t look out of place in a commercial gym. It’s well built, sturdy, and looks fantastic. More importantly, it’s excellent to run on. The deck area is huge, which makes a massive difference — you never feel boxed in, even during longer runs.

The large screen is great for watching Netflix or YouTube. This wasn’t something I originally planned to use, but it’s perfect for easy runs. The screen is very responsive, and the machine boots up quickly — by the time you’ve tied your shoes, it’s ready to go.

The Kinni app feels a bit “rough and ready” at first, which might sound harsh, because once you get used to it, it actually works very well. Coming from TrainingPeaks and Garmin, there was a learning curve, but it didn’t take long. The standout feature is the ability for the treadmill to automatically control pace and transition between reps and recovery without touching any buttons — it’s genuinely brilliant.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Noble-Pro as a company, and the E10i treadmill is an outstanding product. I’ve been researching treadmills for nearly four years and finally made the jump in December 2025 — best decision I’ve made. I nearly went with NordicTrack and iFit, but I’m very glad I stuck with Noble-Pro.

Super quick easy and no issues

Super quick easy and no issues. The product arrived fast and was easy to setup. Love the quality and strength of the treadmill. It runs super smooth and really quiet. Simple to operate and love the kinni app feature to set my workout ahead of schedule then just Bluetooth it the treadmill. Speed changes are responsive and incline great. Over all really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend for a good quality treadmill.

No fix provided

Went through customer support for a week. They eventually suggest 2 providers who could do an engineer visit to try and fix the treadmill. One didnt reply at all and the other doesn't service my area.

So i have a treadmill i have used less than 50 times and no way to fix it.

They then closed the support ticket and said to look forward to my newly working again treadmill 🀣

Shambles.

We’re genuinely sorry that you’re experiencing an issue with your treadmill, and we understand how frustrating it is when equipment doesn’t work as expected. However, we don’t feel your review fairly reflects the support you’ve received from us.
According to our records, your E8i was purchased in October 2023 and is now outside its warranty period for parts and labour.

Despite this, our technical team still provided full remote support: we explained the stall protection error, asked you to check the belt movement and motor hood, and reviewed the photos and videos you kindly sent so we could narrow down the likely cause of the fault.

Once it became clear that the problem was most likely with the motor and/or main circuit board, we recommended independent engineer visits, including multiple service partners who work with NoblePro products and who we understand do cover your region. As these are independent companies, we cannot control their response times, coverage limitations, or whether they reply, but we did not simply “leave you with no fix” – we signposted you to the appropriate next step for an out-of-warranty hardware failure.

If your ticket was auto-closed at any point, that was certainly not intended as us “washing our hands” of your case, and any comment about “looking forward to your newly working treadmill” was meant in a positive, supportive way – not to make light of your situation.

We are proud of the speed and thoroughness of the support provided in your case and do not believe “shambles” is a fair representation of either our products or our team. That said, we do still want to help you get a resolution: if you’re able to arrange an engineer visit locally, we’re happy to work with them on parts options and technical information so that your treadmill can be brought back into use as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Item damaged, delivered early, NoblePro ignoring messages

Delivered one day earlier than agreed, forcing a family member who'd just given birth to try to accept delivery as the driver refused to return. Item also damaged upon delivery, by driver who dropped parcel, who I've provided CCTV footage of to NoblePro. They sent me an incorrect sized replacement part.
They tried to pass blame to delivery company, who acknowledged NoblePro are handling the issue.
I have made multiple polite attempts to NoblePro to rectify the issue and come to a resolution, however it has been ignored multiple times, therefore I've no choice but to leave a negative review. I'd recommend buying another model as I'm regretting choosing them now.

From our review of your order and the courier correspondence, the damage and stress you describe resulted from the courier delivering earlier than the agreed date and mishandling the pallet during delivery. We passed your requested changes to the delivery day and time to the courier and kept you updated with the information they provided, but the courier did not follow these instructions. We agree that this is not acceptable and we have reported the incident to our delivery partner, as we expect more from any company representing NoblePro.

Even though the damage was caused by the courier in transit, you are our customer and it is important to us that you are looked after. We identified the damaged parts, arranged replacements, and when the first part supplied did not fit correctly, we ordered a further replacement. According to our records, these replacement parts have now been dispatched and delivered so that your treadmill can be used as intended.
We also acknowledge that our responses did not always clearly address your questions about the delivery mishap itself, which understandably left you feeling that this aspect was being overlooked. Great service, great treadmill

Great service from initial contact answering questions right through to the delivery and in home setup which was well worth the extra. Treadmill itself has been amazing, linking directly with zwift is a game changer. The belt itself is quiet and smooth running and has made getting those extra training sessions in much easier and enjoyable. Noble pro was recommended by a friend whos treadmill is coming up to 5 years old with no issues so looking forward to some trouble free indoor running for the next few years :)

Noble pro sport fan

Bought this fan as most fans for sale only circulate warm air and while running can be not helpful.
The power of this fan is really good and blows cold air which keeps you cool and able to complete your workouts. Best money I've spent on a fan.

Zwift integration just works

Good advice in terms of which model to go for. Have had it for 3 months now and the whole family is using it when not able to run outside.

Integration with Zwift was the key selling point for me. I’m a Zwifter for cycling so this made it an easy choice.
