Noble Insurance Company handled my claim horribly. A third party crashed into my parked car, but with no evidence, they insisted on a 50/50 fault ruling. I was not at fault, yet they pressured me to agree, threatening higher premiums if I didn’t. Their customer service was unhelpful, and the process felt like a scam to save them money. I’d never recommend them—look elsewhere for honest insurance! My reference no NCS-113739

I had a non fault accident, it's been 2 weeks now ,nobody is contacting me . I have to call them every time and they always say the same thing "the person dealing with your case is busy at the moment" . I am a private hire driver and they haven't provided me a courtesy car for me to work ,i am out of work for 2 weeks ,and i am struggling to pay my bills and rent because they are delaying the process on purpose. Worst company to deal with . I will have to go through Ombudsman to sort it out,or even take them to court! STAY AWAY FROM NOBLE CLAIMS,DCL,NELSON INSURANCE.
And now you have the guts to say that you dont find me in the system? Maybe you should do your job properly.
I have sent emails to urgent at nobleclaims,to admin at noble claims ,to complaints at nobleclaims ,no one is replying.
You will hear soon from my solicitor.
