Spoke to Elsey Mercer who dealt with my issue. Elsey was exceptionally professional with the way she dealt with my issues. Elsey kept in touch with me via emails to keep me posted. We'll done Elsey for providing the customer care which I really appreciate.

Elsey made the process really easy and straight forward. She made me feel reassured. They got back to me really quick, highly recommend.

Helpful

True-Love Nala & Elsey were extremely helpful when dealing with my claim. They explained everything well, so that I understood the process of what was going to happen.
