We had a pleasant experience using Noble Surveyors for a L3 survey on a property purchase in Camberley. Nas and Sadie were excellent with managing our expectations throughout. The final report was detailed and consultation afterwards to go through really made the difference.

The Surveyor was thorugh and took his time to speak to us.
We got a level 2 with evaluation. He mentioned a few flows in the way the accomodation was marketed as, which we took into account.

Nas was extremely personable and communicative. The survey was delivered quickly and in detail. Great service! He even followed up with a telephone consultation after the survey was sent to answer any questions. I whole-heartedly recommend Noble Surveys.

Used Noble for a level 2 survey on a purchase property. Nas and Sadie were not only very knowledgeable, but were also very prompt with any queries we had. We received an unbelievably detailed report (which Nas offered to talk us through in case there was anything we didn't understand). Having now moved into said property, we can say that everything Nas noted was spot on! Will definitely be recommending Noble Surveyors moving forward!!

Recently got Nas to do a Level 3 survey. Service was prompt and of high quality. Report was detailed and easy to understand. Nas was also available for follow up calls as needed. Have given 4 stars only because the report took a little longer than expected but I have no hesitation in recommending Nas.

We can't thank Nas enough for his time and consideration writing a detailed and comprehensive RICS Level 3 report, as well as proactively reaching out and talking us through the outcomes of the report. He was very accommodating with his time, and offered more time if we had further conversations, completely free. His support has helped to provide us with more confidence and reassurance navigating the house buying process as first time buyers. We wish we could give more stars!

I used Noble Surveyors for a RICS Level 2 Survey on a flat purchase in Putney. As a result I did not go ahead with my purchase as the survey showed many defects. I only pulled out after going to the property again with a builder as the survey itself was not enough for me to truly understand what needed doing (I could not fully understand the report and the 20 minutes or so I had on the phone with the surveyor did not seem to be enough for me due to my limited knowledge on the subject matter). I am glad I used this professional service but I would recommend to either take a builder with you after the survey or perhaps come to the survey yourself. Nas was a very pleasant person to speak with.

Where do I begin with Nas. Kind, knowledgeable, supportive and shrewd. These are just a few of the words I can use to describe him. He’s dogged approach and meticulousness helped us secure £50,000 off the asking price. He not only delivered on time and in detail a very thorough report, he spent over an hour walking my wife (a first time buyer) and I through the report, the process he took as well as providing advice for potential repairs and value adding work. I’m glad to have worked with Nas as he provided us with the confidence and assurance.

Noble Surveyors carried out a Level 3 Homebuyers survey for us in South Park Gardens (SW19). They did an excellent job and identified a number of potential defects which we had further investigated. Nas was kind enough to agree to several follow-up calls to address any outstanding concerns we've had. We are now in a strong position to proceed with our purchase. We will definitely work again with Nas for any future purchase

I used Noble Surveyors for a RICS Level 3 Survey on a house purchase and cannot commend them more highly. Nas provided us with a clear report, recommendations and was always willing to spend time to talk us through each element so that we fully understood.

The whole experience was so easy, payment online, quick responses via email, on time and booked in quickly. Nas called when there to tell me the garage door couldn't be opened and the report he provided was detailed and thorough. When I emailed back with questions, he called me and talked me through the whole report, he answered all my questions without judgment, clearly and with great expertise. They are clearly very experienced at Noble. Nas said he'd be happy to answer any more questions I had. Throughout the entire purchase experience, Noble surveyors was without a doubt the most professional, helpful, friendly and valuable experience I have had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any level of survey or valuation.

I found their survey very price-competitive. I got a level 3 survey done for a price comparable to some level 1 survey level quotes online.

The firm is also small which worked well for us as there was a personal touch from the surveyor along every step of the process.

The report was well done and we had no issues contacting the surveyor for clarifications after the report was issued.

A well deserved 5 star!

Really thorough report. Follow up call to assisst explaining the report and what are the main concerns. Help identifying the faults and how to fix sometimes or at least advice what needs to happen next.

Very professional and I found the report very satisfactory that I could use to make informed decisions about buying a property.

Nas was extremely helpful throughout the whole survey experience. We were unsure if we'd need a survey being first time buyers, but decided to go for one and are very happy we did.
We booked and paid online through a link and were able to get a survey arranged quickly for a reasonable price. At the survey, Nas was on time and thorough, even staying with us after the survey was complete for a chat.
We received the report around a week after the survey and then scheduled a call with Nas as he offers a 20 minute consultation to go through the report and any questions we had. The report highlighted things we hadn't even been thinking about, so was money well spent. He also answered any follow up questions / calls we had which was really kind and massively appreciated. We are of the opinion that Nas genuinely wants to help people and goes out of his way to do this, which is really refreshing.
