We recently worked with Noise on the development of the new Bricks & Stones website and brand, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

As the person leading the project on our side, I wanted to create something that did more than simply look good. We needed a website that reflected the quality of our products, gave customers confidence, and helped position Bricks & Stones properly for the next stage of the business. Noise understood that from the beginning.

They took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve, not just visually, but commercially and strategically. They helped us bring clarity to the brand, improve how we present our products, and create a website that feels professional, modern, user-friendly, and much more aligned with where the business is going.

I want to mention Robbie and Jocelyn in particular, who were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Their support, patience, creativity, and responsiveness made a huge difference. They listened, guided us, challenged things where needed, and consistently helped move the project forward in the right direction.

What really stood out was the level of support they gave us. My neckband is completely dead on one side—this is clearly evident, and even a child can identify that it is non-functional and requires replacement.
I have only one earphone (noise neckband), and I receive client calls daily.
Due to your long post sales service TAT(10-15 working days), I am forced to wait for a long period to receive a replacement, which directly impacts my day-to-day business. Who will be responsible for this loss?

This effectively means you are indirectly forcing the customer to purchase an additional earphone (neckband) as a backup.

Moreover Customer service team like Dheeraj,Asha ,Pratibha are not fit for taking the calls
They Only quoting company policies, not understanding customer requirement ,forget about ownership

The team at Noise is extremely client focused and always goes beyond to scope of work to make sure the end product delivers an exceptional product / result.

We use noise for web design, hosting and graphic design. Dealing with Robbie mostly and at all times he is helpful, attentive, listens to the brief and always delivers above and beyond. It's always an easygoing pleasant experience, and nothing is too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending noise, they are very good at what they do and somehow it never feels like work
