Absolutely terrible, not even sure this is a legitimate business. My order never arrived and despite trying to contact them several times never got any reply and lost my money. AVOID!!!!!

You never delivered the product. Ruined fathers day.

I never recieved my order or any communication in relation to where it was neither did I get a refund so definitely do not recommend this company unless you dont want to recieve your order but still pay for it.

As I dont know how to reply to the reply that was posted and yes it was over a year ago and I never recieved any DPD tracking or anything actually so if you have proof then I'd gladly like to see it. And as I've seen from other reviews a lot of people have had the same problem and I have only just reviewed as I got an email about reviewing so thought yeah I'll review it to warn people as I had made the order to make sweet bags for the kids at my daughters wedding which I then had to fork out more money to buy from elsewhere because I never recieved my order and I have all the email proof of trying to contact on numerous occasions so I will not remove my review as it is the honest truth

This is actually a SCAM. Ordered cookies, they will never delivered. They disappeared and my money never refunded. I will definitely go to the police.

I purchased a monster mystery box on the 8th July luckily via Clearpay. Its now almost been a month i emailed numerous times from the 17th July until the 1st august and was ignored. I messaged on facebook and instagram and both of them were ignored. I messaged on TikTok and i got 1 reply saying the emails probably went to their junk email (which you would think they would check to see if it had gone there if it's a regular thing) and that they would email the warehouse to check the emails and get in touch. I received no reply still so i messaged them multiple more times over a course of around 2 weeks to which they read the messages and ignored them. I finally got my refund through Clearpay not from the company. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they will scam you and then when you try to contact them about it they will ignore you.

Been over a month waiting for these to arrive I’ve sent emails and getting no response !! I still haven’t got my sweets which were a gift for Father’s Day 🤯bad bad customer service!!! Don’t buy

My order took longer than they said so I couldn’t use them anyway. When it did come, my order was all burst open. Another reason why it can’t be used and consumed. I ordered 2 items, only recieved 1. I have been emailing and emailing and I’ve been ignored. And now they want to ask for feedback on my order? Stop ignoring me & I want a full refund!

I got a £50 mystery box and it really wasn't worth the money.

Unfortunately this package took almost 2 weeks to arrive, and that was only after I’d emailed twice, messaged on Facebook twice and messaged on TikTok (to which every single message was ignored).
Sad to say I won’t be a returning customer.
Shame as the mystery box was really good value and the other bits id ordered were fantastic.

Sweets were alright prob 4 ****

But service was utterly poor waited two full weeks without any communication from ya I ended up having to email your company to see what was happening following that email I got them about 4 days later

Ordered an American mystery box. The amount of sweets in the box is good. However, there's nothing American about it really and took a while for delivery.

Awful, where do I even begin. I placed an order on a Tuesday and nearly a week had passed, I emailed the company on the Friday explained kindly that I only received the confirmation email. I’ve had absolutely no updates didn’t have a tracking number so I didn’t even know if my order had been shipped. My email wasn’t answered and I sent a follow up on the Monday morning explaining that I wasnt happy and if my second email was to be ignored then I would leave a negative review and expect a refund. They got back to me straight away (which was ironic) and said there was a problem with the courier. They said it could arrive on that Monday and they were sorry and will send out a new one the next day which I totally understood and appreciated and was hopeful that would be the end of it. Now Friday and I have STILL not received a tracking and had no update at all. You would think they would let me know that a new one has been sent out. But I’ve had nothing. I sent an email yesterday afternoon so looks like I’ve been ignored again. It’s very dodgy not to receive a tracking number after over a week. I’ve seen several reviews complaining of the same thing and they just say it’s a problem with the courier. I find this very hard to believe. If they cared about their customers they would update them. It shouldn’t have to take me sending several emails to actually get an answer. I’ve requested a refund on Laybuy. I’m not waiting any longer until my order gets to my address I will not be paying anymore. I hate leaving horrible reviews I feel terrible but the service I have received has been disheartening and disappointing. Do not use.!

Very upset with 1st purchase £35 wast worth it daughter was so upset was for a birthday present and was just trowel into a broken box sweets wast worth the money

Everything went great, really happy with my pic N mix, all 5 mystery boxes contained the same sweets tho so I should have read better, box came really damaged but because were packaged so well inside there was no issue at all with order, more than happy and will definitely be returning

Ordered 3 packs of sweets but only received 1

Communication wasn’t the best but saying that I was very please with my order kids loved it will be ordering again
