Amazing sweets drink and cereal bought it my nephew for his birthday he was so excited and loved everything in the box

Would have been a 5, Sweets was delicious just they never came on time when I paid extra for delivery

I placed an order on the 17th January and they eventually turned up after 3 weeks yesterday even after me asking for a refund over a week ago! The customer service is terrible and didn’t help my last message asking for a refund was ignored. Also when the sweets arrived they taste and smell like play doh and not very nice at all! I will never be ordering again or recommending to anyone

I have been inpatient? I didn’t contact you for 2 weeks I gave it 2 weeks for delivery which is more than needed? After contacting you I got an email from you saying it was a delay from the courier side and will be delivered Friday, Saturday or Monday at the latest so when it came to Tuesday and I still hadn’t received yes I wanted the refund! As I still had not received the items and had no tracking or any other way of finding out about them. And if you had said I could send them back for a refund I would have but you stated they are non returnable due to them being custom picked so no way of a refund!!!

Reasonable priced sweets and a good selection to choose from. Problem free transaction

Still haven’t received my order after ordering on the 20th January and paying for 2 to 3 day delivery have emailed three times no response probably a scam company

Ordered for my daughters Birthday which is this week, more than 2 weeks in advance and she still wont have them on time.
Placed my order on the 19th Jan. Paid for 3-5 day delivery. Followed up with an email to customer service on the 25th still not had a reply. Got a dispatch email yesterday but when tracked today, it’s telling me that the supplier hasn’t yet dropped the parcel at the drop off point.
Utterly disappointing service. Will not be using again.

Although one pack came slightly open , they were amazing for the value especially being able to choose from a selection of sweets to create your own bag , I would definitely recommend nomnom sweets

I wasn’t overly wowed by the sweet the selection wasn’t a big rage it was hard to choose which was the best as they seemed pretty basic, when they arrived was kinda disappointed with packaging didn’t really get me excited to eat them

Bought a 1.5kg bag of sweets for my sister for Xmas, ordered on the 12th and they arrived on the 16th December which for the Month of December was quite good given the fact that all the couriers were struggling due to Royal Mail strike actions taking place, now despite the item arriving relatively quickly it wasn't actually delivered to my address (all of which was correct at the time of ordering) the parcel ended up being delivered to no. 60 down the road!!! Luckily for me & the company the neighbour Laura who lives down the road brought it round to my address as I was frankly non the wiser! So a massive thank you to my neighbour, as for the courier - well they need to read the number on the labels correctly! Not everyone is as honest as the neighbour was that day!

As for the sweets they looked amazing!

So I ordered some for myself on the 11th January '23 and although i paid £5.99 for the quicker delivery, I am still waiting for them which quite frankly is shocking! But il leave that for another review if and when they ever turn up 😏

Love this company, packages turned up earlier that expected, and the bags were full to the brim, would highly recommend to anyone that loves these sweets 💜

I ordered a large mystery sweet box and 2 small mystery boxes for family Christmas presents. They were all jam packed with sweets and came packaged really nicely. I've had to stop myself from pinching a couple 😅. I will definitely be ordering again, thank you!
