Not received

Can’t even write a review on the product as I haven’t received it. I purchased the item on the 28th March, and was informed it would arrive to the ware house by the 23rd April, and they would dispatch as urgent. We’re now a week past from this “suggested” date, and still have not received my item or an email to confirm item has been dispatched. If you’re buying this prior to a holiday, I suggest you order months in advance!!

Im very happy with it

Im very happy with it, I’ve used it 2-3 times a week with the oil for about 3 months, I’ve lost 30 kg and my thighs are much firmer since I started using it

I dont recommend Nordic doesnt smooth…

I dont recommend Nordic doesnt smooth out skin as advertised and all the good reviews from customers. Ive tried it for 90days at 15mins on each part Im concerned and cooling the machine for another 15mins. When I decided to return the product before 100days I was told it keep trying till AFTER 100days. They expect some photos of before & after I started the machine. This I cant provide as I was under the impression "100 days money back guarantee"!!! They didnt stand by their promise!

I’ve used the product for 2.5months but…

I’ve used the product for 2.5months but I didn’t feel that much difference. So I requested return the device and get a refund. However, Erika gave me some more information and her advice sort of cheered me up(I almost gave up)

I was undecided about the product and if it work for me
JHON from customer service explained how the machine works targeting areas and explained the process fully
Have only used the machine a few times
I am continuing to use daily

Customer Service Support Grade Excellent

I have not received my product yet. But I do want to speak of the customer service experience I had. Response is almost immediate. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rex he was honest, helpful, and extremely reassuring. His kindness and just overall customer service support lead me to not cancel my order. I hope the company realizes he's a great asset.

Amazing customer service

I had some issues with the shipping and Jhon and Erika were kind enough to check and assist me through the whole ordeal. We assumed the package missing but I was able to locate it and they were kind enough to have me keep the package as a gift and even offered a discount for future purchases, even though they didn’t have to. Although I didn’t have the chance to use the product yet I am sure it will be fine.

Bought both the Nordic Sculpt 1.0 and…

Bought both the Nordic Sculpt 1.0 and the Nordic cup 1.0 in January and started using these regularly as indicated by Kristin who was extremely helpful - so far I can definitely see a difference - I've lost a few pounds and I can tell I have less fat on my legs and I can feel my muscles more. I would recommend both products but the key is consistency you need to keep using them regularly to see results.

I enjoy using NordicSculpt

I enjoy using NordicSculpt. My first machine stopped working .. NordicSculpt sent me a new machine within a couple of weeks . Great service . Seen a small improvement. Will continue using it .
