I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed an order for a product that was shown as available on the website. After placing my order, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and that I would have to wait for a restock.

Over the following weeks, I repeatedly received promises that my order would be shipped soon. I was first told it would be dispatched during the first week of July, but that deadline passed with no shipment and no proactive update.

What was most frustrating was seeing the same products continue to be advertised on the website as available for purchase, often with significant discounts, while my existing order remained unfulfilled. Each time I contacted customer support, I received polite responses but no clear dispatch date or concrete information.

Although the company offered a 20% partial refund as a goodwill gesture, the delays continued, and I eventually lost confidence and canceled my order. Thankfully, they processed my refund without any issues.

Good customer service is not just about polite replies—it is also about honest stock information and realistic delivery times. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

Device broke. Within 2 hours after I emailed I had the confirmation that a new one was send to me. Waiting for that delivery. But so far customer experience is excellent!

Love the body sculpt it has changed my body to a lot smoother. There is still more to do but I’m happy with it.

Absolutely amazing costumer service. I received before time the product and it works as it should. I trepied it already 3 times and I can say that it does it's jobb very well.

Ordered over a month ago. Advised pads out of stock and will be a 2 week delay. Then delay was due to expansion of our warehouse operations. 5 weeks later still not in stock. Keep offering a 10% refund and then another. Taking people’s money and obviously no intention of sending the order. They still advertise online these are in stock and will be shipped in 2 days. Absolutely disgusting 🤬

I amde an enquiry to Nordic Sculpt as my parcel was showing as delivered. Howevwr, this wasnt the case at all. It had passed through customs. Rex dealt with my enquiry in a timely manner informing me that it was still in the process of delivery

JHON on customer service has been really good at looking into an issue for me and dealing with a suitable outcome, very quick response time and the product is so easy to use and effective.
Would highly recommend

Jhon’s customer service is second to none I had standard questions which were resolved immediately by him also the product is exactly what it says I do attend the gym 4/5 times a week but always struggled with the backs of my legs and the difference in a week is insane thank you!

I placed a order for a nordicsculpt machine and it's been a whole month I still havent received my product so dissapointed.

The prompt online service from Erica has been amazing.
I cannot stress enough that in the past other companies have been difficult to respond to my queries so it’s really refreshing that Nordic Sculpt legitimately read my emails and respond immediately.
I have nothing but praise for the customer service team.

I’m yet to start my ‘sculpting’ as I didn’t buy the toning and tightening gel, but it’s on its way and I’m excited to try it out.

Do not buy the item for skin tightening it does not work. The company promises a refund but then comes up with every excuse like they can't find the returned item even when Australia post tracking shows it has been returned.
TOTAL SCAM. Order number 101382.

not really worked as expected for me but might be a lot of combination factors, large weight loss, older age and too late to change things. i did fill form in to get money back but never heard anything. still using it until my oil runs out then will probably call it a day.

I am a very happy customer, Kristina helped me by answering questions I needed to know , very friendly and will definitely be purchasing again from Nordic Sculpt, when I need to purchase pads and other products

The product has just arrived , it looks good however not too sure on results I have just started using it.

Rex was AMAZING! He patiently answered all of my questions and suggested a favorable solution for both of us. Customer service was top notch. Kudos to you Rex

It's my 3rd device since December as the other two just stopped working. Grateful of the no cost replacements, so just holding my breath. This delay in replacement has interfered with the smooth action of regular consistency. I'm also still finding the device cumbersome and awkward but I wan't to see if it is doing what it's supposed to be achieving. More time will tell.

Wow Jhon and Rex were amazing. My product broke within warranty and they dealt with my query in a speedy and professional manner! I would highly recommend. Plus the product is fantastic!
