Feel so protected and so good to be able to get the option for a generic password to be safe. Would be good to have it on a second device to be able to access it all more easy in case phone gets lost etc.

Nord VPN is very easy to download and set up. Setting up other specific services is a little harder however the main one seems to be that I can’t set up my Nord VPN with my wifi router in house which is a netgear nighthawk and doesn’t seem to support setting it up. So for now as a work around peripheral I use my iPhone but passing it onto my family seems quite complex.

I likes the data protection, but could be implemented with some optional services as gift for the customers with contracts to up the One year,..

Awful software as buggy as hell. I bought the premium version and it’s woefully slow and difficult to use. You have no idea what’s syncing or how long it will take with no progress bar and it uses huge amounts of memory when running. I’ve now deleted my files and asked for a refund. Avoid Nord Locker until they make significant improvements. I will give them kudos for answering my email very quickly when I asked for a refund. They processed it very quickly no questions asked. Hopefully they improve the product in due course.

The product is a scam and provides no better security or protection than what you have available with current Windows or MacOS operating systems and encrypted volumes/files. The desktop app also uses significant resources compared to what it actually does and it tends to crash. There is no way to stop or prohibit the cloud sync.

NordVPN is excellent, but NordLocker is not a good product at all.

Update: NordLocker, I have already expressed these issues to support and so have other people. There are clearly situations where any malicious software can access any file in the locker. Further, the software has numerous network connection issues and it impossible to fix those. While working, NordLocker constantly pops up with connection warning issues. Why is a local file security feature trying to connect to a server all the time?

This product is not as secure as it says it claims to be nor is it functional and you are scamming people. When I spoke with support I asked for a refund since the application is not functional and I was told that was never happening. That is not how you treat customers when you have made mistakes.

I'm a longtime NordVPN user and recently signed up for NordLocker. I've used it to transfer files securely to the cloud where I can access from multiple devices and locations. I've had zero problems. I can't say I'm able to give a detailed technical assessment since I'm surely no expert. What I can say though is that I've used NordLocker for a few months and had zero problems. I simply upload the files I want to share across my devices and they're there when and where I need them. So, my very limited use for a short time has been hassle-free. It simply does what I signed up for it to do. That's it. For me, it's been a good, secure, and reliable cloud storage.

Started moving files from PC to cloud. My files were deleted from computer and due to some bug they weren't uploaded to cloud at all, thus resulting in me losing important project files. Support offered general tips like "reinstall software", "disable/enable antivirus", "disable/enable vpn" and of course nothing helped.

On top of that, the app itself is buggy and slow as hell, this applies to both web and Windows desktop apps that I tried.

Idea is good but at the moment this software is horrible.

P.S. If you plan to use it, be sure to backup your important files before backing them up to the cloud so they don't get wiped out like it happened to me...

I like the fact that I can easily copy and send important files as well as syncing / updating files as I need to.

The service is very efficient and secury, easy to use, fast, is great a peace of cake!
