Disappointing service and communication
I understood the items were in stock and ordered for my grandsons birthday with a delivery date 2 days before his birthday. They didn’t arrive on his birthday or even a week later. After chasing up the order I was told the company were awaiting new stock. The present finally arrived around 3 weeks later but one set of socks were mixed with adult and child sizes!

Hi Chris, thank you for leaving your review firstly, reviews and feedback help us to ensure we offer the best service we can to our customers and adjust things we dont get quite right.
Please see some feedback on your order, as listed in our terms and conditions all Norfolk Football stocked items have a number of that stock listed on each item page, to which your items which form NF1722 did not have a number beside them. When this happens, we order the items in from our manufacturer, (on this occasion Errea)
Once we receive these items we usually dispatch them within 24 hours.
I can see from your order we did not dispatch within 24 hours but was in with 5 days. i can only apologise for the slight delay in dispatching to you later than we normally do, it is an incredibly busy time for us during the summer however we are reliant on how fast our suppliers process and dispatch to us.. One of your items was out of stock with Errea and we had to wait for that to come available.
We value everyone of our customers, no matter of order size and operated as best as we could at the time.
With regards to the adult sized item you received, please can you contact us regarding this through the appropriate returns channels as we are not aware of this and have not been notified by you. If you can do this we can sort this out immediately for you.

Fantastic service from Paul and his team, as always.
Lead times clearly communicated, and always on time or early. Equipment and kit, always in great condition, and well packed. Paul has been flexible with collections also - going above and beyond out of hours to ensure I could pick kit up before a match.

Hi Claire, thank you for taking the time to send a review, these are very valuable to us which enable us to offer the best service we can.
As the club have asked us to deal with orders as they come in, we do not hold stock of ready printed items so we order in as they order come in. All club shop orders take 3-4 weeks to complete as stated on the club shop home page when you enter the store.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail has been a slower service due to striking action by their staff to which we cant control, we of course fully apologise for this but only found this out that it may affect your service after we had sent it ..
we will always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible - and as the strikes from RM have been more frequent we are looking at courier options for our customers.

Your clubshop order isnt held in stock as per the clubs contract so all clubshop orders take approx 4 weeks to complete as we order in and decorate. This information is listed on the clubshop for you. We try to ensure everyone who uses our site knows all of the terms before purchasing so they are aware and happy with the service they receive.
