Scam. Paid for product at least a month ago, no communication, no way of complaining!!! Just pure, simple theft!!!

Don't buy it is utter rubbish, nothing like description or worth the price !!

fraud scammers took my money and never sent any goods.

*** WARNING *** This company = ROTTEN FRAUD ***

Stated directly in their returns policy:

" If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason "

I recieved a damaged item, sent photos within a couple of hours asking for new / spare part or send item back. The magnet to stick on my vehicle (magnetic camping table) had a tear in the protective rubber that would allow, water and dirt to enter and rust the magnet metal causing abrasive scuffing or scratching of paintwork....

So the item was defective.

Their reply:

" Dear Customer,

As there are no major issues with the product, if you do mind the condition, please return it to us at your own expense. Thank you for your understanding.

Customer Service Team "

So basically saying that if you can't except a damaged item, you must pay for it!

The next emails I sent were both ignored.

Zero stars. Absolute SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, nothing is as it is on the website, absolute rubbish and shocking customer service. No returns wnat you to pay huge amount to return to CHINA.

Ordered 2 solar dragon lights. Well packaged but nothing like the picture on the advert. They are only size of your hand,plastic and do not light up the whole dragon so you can't actually see the dragon just the ball underneath
I contacted them about this and asked for a refund but no response.
Very disappointed

absolutely abysmal. I bought a night sky projector and 1) 12 slide were missing 2) the slides were poor quality with air bubbles and scratches 3) there was pretty much no or zero recognisable projection. When I complained I was offered a 10% refund, which increased to 15% refund, which barely covered the cost of the missing slides. Appalling!

Fraud....they have sent me broken item and refused to refund.....

Awful product arrived and not remotely like advertised, they then refused a refund and asked to return to CHINA at our cost.
Please beware and do not order from here as you will lose your money on utter tat!

I purchased a sculptural aromatherapy statue, incense, when it arrived I was so very disappointed, it is about 5 inches long , could not be used as incense burner , so tiny , not how it was described and shown on video, would never buy from this company again absolutely rip off

Do not buy from this company they are rubbish... I purchased a small knife and bottle opener the advert shows it cutting beautifully when l received it it won't cut butter.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a monopoly set well before Christmas and when I contacted them they replied to start with but then did not reply. When I went to my bank for a refund they finally sent me a product that was not as described with items missing.
