There is no better way to move forward in life than to constantly learn. Mike and Hannah and the Northern Property Academy are the most influential and motivated I have ever had the pleasure to have met. Their commitment to the students is unwavering and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning about property.

We joined the Northern Property Academy because we wanted to learn how to become property investors, and honestly it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made.

The training has been invaluable, and even at this stage we’ve already learnt so much. Today we attended one of the face-to-face training events, and the way Mike and Hannah delivered the training was fantastic. They explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, they’re incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely want everyone to succeed.

We came away feeling even more motivated, with so much to work on and a real excitement about what our future could look like. It’s not just about learning property strategies – it’s about changing your mindset and giving you the confidence to actually take action.

If you’re sitting on the fence about joining NPA, I’d say just do it. Investing in yourself is the best investment you’ll ever make, and I’m confident your future self will thank you for it!

Very Comfortably exceeded expectations!. We had a little knowledge, but that has been added too in an absolute abundance via Hannah and Mike with their courses and the weekly calls and chat.
Their experience along with the other people’s stories and experiences on the weekly calls and elite group chat will all add to your growth, knowledge, experience and abilities to succeed.
You will get answers from Hannah and Mike amazingly quickly (almost like they have no life and live solely for this and helping you).

I found Hannah and Mike whilst searching for a meaning for my life (I know, deep stuff). The algorithm on social media brought me a lot of property gurus, and after watching a few free masterclasses, I decided to join NPA especially because of how human it felt. They truly care about people, they truly care about how well we do. Our success is their success, it's all about win-win. The amount of knowledge they're willing to share, and the community they have created is just brilliant. I'm still at the start of my journey, but I feel very inspired about so many stories of success. I highly recommend it.

Hannah and Mike are amazing! So knowledge, inspiring and motivational. I’ve come away from the in person property event feeling very inspired and supported. Highly recommend anyone joining the academy. Anyone who is sat in the fence wondering whether to join. Do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Still working our way through the education which is engaging and informative. Mike and Hannah are very approachable and the weekly calls enable issues to be raised or deals to be analysed. I would definitely recommend if you are thinking of investing in property.

Signed up to Elite only a month ago but so far exactly as advertised and more - very happy I joined. Hannah and Mike are quick to provide guidance and their expertise directly. The online content is well designed in digestible video clips. Have met others on the Elite Mastermind course who are further along and actively working in property which is also reassuring. Ultimately each person needs to apply themselves but the education and guidance provided are superb for getting you started, avoiding any mistakes and making sure you give yourself maximal chance of success.

Myself and my partner have only been members of Northern Property Academy for three weeks, but we’re already blown away by the value. The community is incredibly supportive, the education courses are excellent, and the weekly one-to-one calls have been invaluable. Being able to walk through our own live deal analysis with experienced trainers has given us so much more confidence.

We also attended the live training event today, and it really stood out. It was refreshingly well organised, with a manageable number of attendees, which meant plenty of interaction and opportunities to ask questions.
