I have been on several property courses and I would say that Mike and Hannah are simply inspirational and offer a wealth of knowledge on the weekly Q&A and deal analysis sessions. The online course modules on the various property strategies are very easy to follow and are packed with information. I highly recommend NPA particularly for the mentoring and support, helping me to take action.

I’ve recently invested in 1-1 mentorship with Hannah and Mike, and I genuinely think it might be the best decision of my life.

In the last 3 weeks of working together, I’ve been able to absorb a HUGE amount of learning material (I’m someone who spent the last 20 years working in an office and genuinely didn’t have much of a property investment background) and I’m so pleased to say that with their guidance, I’ve also been able to put it into practice - I’ve analysed over 50 potential property deals, had viewings on about 10, made offers on 2 and 1 got accepted! We are currently halfway through the one-to-one mentorship programme with Mike and Hannah. We spent a long time debating whether it was the right investment, having been involved in property for over 20 years. I’m on the first week of the HMO mastery course and so far it has been brilliant, the first live call was full of really important detail that will be vital going forward for my investment in HMOs. Hannah has gave me excellent advice in the Telegram group and has even analysed a deal for me, making me aware of things that I hadn’t even considered.
The Q&A on the first live call answered all of my questions in real time and the recorded videos for the education content are all very detailed, I’m looking forward to the next live call already.
