I recently had composite bonding done at North Hill Dental and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation through to the final appointment, the whole team were professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive.

The whole process was comfortable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I’ve had so many compliments already, and my confidence has completely changed when I smile.

I would highly recommend North Hill Dental to anyone considering composite bonding.

Avoid at all costs. Took deposit.

Didn’t take down contact details correctly so failed comms. Resulting in an attempt to rebook that they didn’t honour. Took £82 for nothing.

No apology for failed comms.

I had received dental implants in my lower jaw from another dentist in 2024 and wanted implants in my upper jaw this year
Sachin X-rayed my mouth and said that he could operate two days later with the ‘teeth in a day’ scheme.
The whole procedure was done under local rather than general anaesthetic so I was aware of the whole process whilst he had some other fellas peering into my mouth.
The four drill holes turned into 6 holes as he punctured my nasal cavity and another whole failed.
Both my nose and mouth were streaming with blood.
All the failures were explained with Sachin blaming my bone structure but Sachin had done the scan before the op…
The new teeth then didn’t fit, they were replaced 2 days later with more teeth that didn’t fit causing some pain.
I rang up later with pain and rather than call me into the surgery I was prescribed antibiotics over the phone.
There were many missed or rescheduled (at short notice) appointments by NHD after I had booked time off of work to attend.
The implants eventually failed and Sachin blamed the bone structure and also that I vaped (I vaped in 2024 when the lower implants were inserted without issue), he blamed anything and everything but himself.
He then refused any further treatment and referred me to another dentist costing twice as much.
The General Dental Council have taken up my case and are investigating Sachin.
The new dentist has sorted new implants without issue and I’m still vaping.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had been on the NHS orthodontist list for over 5 years and had recently just got appointments with hygienists after my 3 previous appointments being cancelled due to the ‘hygienist not being available’. The staff at the reception are incredibly rude and simply don’t care about NHS patients pushing the appointments back and cancelling them several times. Furthermore, they did not even bother to tell us that ‘hygienists’ that would see us would be students with no supervisor in the same room to oversee them. They consider every feedback to be rude and disrespectful and speak to you in a condescending way. I asked for an email address I could talk to and they gave me a website not the email address saying it was the managers email address! Totally would not recommend, but especially if you have children approaching the age to get braces!

Horrible is the word that comes to my mind.
They are not interested in NHS patients. don't bother registering here. They keep on pushing the appointments at the last minute and rebooks months down the line.

My daughter is on the orthodontist appointment waiting list for more than 4 years.
My youngest daughter had to get private treatment.

Avoid this dentist at all costs especially if you or your children have any dental problems as they do not do their jobs properly and you will be left for years suffering and teeth decaying and they will do nothing to help you except palm you off with excuses and not give you a stamped prescription so you cannot get the antibiotics for serious infection caused by their negligence

I recently returned to North Hill dental after a two year break due to a cancer diagnosis, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received . Dr Naveen Halwatta was absolutely amazing. From the moment I met him his genuine care and professionalism stood out, He took time to understand my situation and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit . He’s skill and attention to detail are remarkable and I am thrilled with how much better my teeth look after his treatment.Thank you Dr Halwatta and the entire team for welcoming me back and providing such exceptional care.

My son was referred to North Hill Surgery by his dentist on 19/03/20 as he requires orthodontal work. I tried calling them for an update this morning but I lost the will to live after being in a queue for over 90mins, from no.8 to no.3.
I also requested a callback and again, heard nothing.
I've now sent an email in the hope of getting an answer.

Appalling place.

Where to start, I normally see the dentist then the hygienist.
When I went back for a follow up appointment 6 months later, dentist said the hygienist had noted a loose filling....isnt that something I should have known at the time??
Fast forward, agree to have new filling, Dentist then leaves some rubber in-between my teeth, causing discomfort until I pick it out 2 days later. I would have liked to have the chance to say this to there face but they've cancelled on me for the second time,, both hygienist and dentist.
To top it off, the rceptionstaff are rubbish, they "mis heard' and rmade a wrong date, and are normally miserable, if you doing like your job. get a new one. I will be searching for a new dentist. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ridiculous and careless reception team. The doctors are good and friendly, however, the team who manages the payment is utter non-sense and naive.

I've been missing my 3rd temp crown since Friday. I left a message and have heard nothing since. I get hung up on just as I'm about to get through to receptionist and messaged on social media this morning and nothing. I've previously paid a lot of money for private work here and was looking at getting more done but with how it's been lately it seems I'm better off finding a new dentist as the reception team can't seem to get messages.

I'd previously left a message after my second crown came off and waited until the next day.

This came off and as I have a baby and childcare is a struggle I decided to wait the 2 days for my actual appointment. That morning I get a call its cancelled as the dentist is sick. I say I'll need a new temporary crown then and strangely I walk in to see my normal dentist who looks extremely well! He says my crown hasn't arrived? News to me!

I've also been asked short notice on a few occasions to come earlier ... when I do I'm still waiting way past my original appointment time... so what was the point?

Excellence on our doorstep.

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years and cannot recommend them enough. Rajvi Sedani is very skillful in botox injections and understands my personal needs.

I've only seen her husband Sachin Sedani for a dental check up and advice so far but will be seeing him in 2 weeks for another check up and probably some cosmetic improvements. He too has the skills and experience that can make all the difference.

The whole team work very hard to deliver the very best dental service possible and the practice runs smoothly. I've heard nothing negative since being a patient here will continue coming here. Further review to follow after more specific dental treatment.

I had implants and a bridge in my lower jaw. My case was complicated due to bone loss in the area. Dr Sedani explained each procedure to me, and I am delighted with the result.

I had an appointment with Tara at the Layer Road surgery on the 18th July. This dental practice is very welcoming with the highest standard of professionalism. I was a bit apprehensive but Tara and her lovely nurse put me at ease immediately. I was told what to expect at every step of my appointment and could not fault them. The care and attention I received was second to none and I highly recommend this practice. Thank you.

I had an appointment recently at the layer road practice.
I phoned in the morning and was seen in the afternoon.
Excellent COVID safety followed.
The receptionist Samantha is so friendly and makes you feel so relaxed.
I saw Kirstyn .
She made me feel at ease and was very professional and thorough.
I highly recommend this dental practice.

I broke a front tooth. Devastated, I called and was offered an immediate appointment with Kavi. He repaired it there and then, perfectly.
I was rather shaken and his calm manner was extremely reassuring. It was a lovely gesture that there was no charge, a kindness to an NHS patient very much appreciated. Good job North Hill Dental!
