I cannot recommend North Western Clinic highly enough.

After researching surgical options for over 18 months, I narrowed my choices from eight clinics down to two. Ultimately, my decision was influenced by Dr. Tolga, his coordinator Rumeysa, and, most importantly, the opportunity to speak with several women who had already undergone surgery with the clinic, as well as others who were preparing for their procedures. Being able to follow their experiences gave me great confidence, and every account I encountered was overwhelmingly positive.

My surgical journey began on 23rd May 2026 and included an arm lift, removal of 20-year-old breast implants with a breast uplift (without replacement implants), and an upper blepharoplasty. One of my greatest concerns was the quality of the closures and resulting scars, as I had seen some disappointing outcomes elsewhere. However, Dr. Tolga’s attention to detail and surgical skill are exceptional. The results so far have exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Tolga is a calm and reserved professional who clearly prioritises patient safety and ethical practice above all else. His approach is meticulous, and he will not recommend or perform procedures that he believes are inappropriate. For example, he declined to perform a facelift alongside my other procedures, explaining that it would be too much surgery at one time. I greatly respected and appreciated his honesty and commitment to my wellbeing.

I returned home on 29th May and have experienced no complications. Remarkably, I have had very little discomfort and virtually no pain throughout my recovery.

The level of care and communication provided by the team has been outstanding. Regardless of the time of day, any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, providing reassurance throughout the process. While my primary contact was Rumeysa, who was consistently attentive and supportive, Beyza was equally wonderful—kind, caring, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Both played a significant role in making my experience smooth and stress-free.

The hospital itself is a fully equipped medical facility with intensive care, imaging services, and an emergency department, offering an added level of reassurance. It is also fully insured, reflecting the clinic’s commitment to patient safety.

The hotel accommodation was excellent. We chose to pay a little extra for a room with a separate lounge area, which proved to be well worth the investment, particularly when travelling with a companion.

From my initial enquiries through to my recovery, my experience with Northwestern Clinic has been exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tolga and his team to anyone considering surgery and encourage prospective patients to research the clinic for themselves.

Beginning the process of researching cosmetic surgeons is overwhelming to say the least, particularly when the net is cast as wide as the whole of Europe, with many countries now claiming to offer expertise in this area. This wasn’t my first cosmetic procedure, but it was the first time I had looked to go overseas so I really was starting from scratch.

There are so many advertisements and social media pages, not to mention the third party intermediary agents who are quick to make recommendations. I had so many people contacting me I had no idea who was who in the end. Rumeysa at North Western clinic in Istanbul stood out to me as she was always quick to answer questions without being pushy, and something about her just put me at ease. I struggled to find reviews for Dr Tolga Aksan which concerned me a little, but having said that reviews can be falsified (and often are - check for similar sounding reviews and common spelling/syntax errors), and so I took to social media. The unfortunate thing with social media is that many of the pages are now infiltrated by sales agents so it’s hard to know who to trust.

In the end I based this on a feeling, and on the reviews of a few ladies I met on a WhatsApp group, and I am very happy with my choice. They took care of everything: surgery, accommodation, transport, medications etc and I am over the moon with the experience I had. I felt no pain or discomfort and in fact really enjoyed my stay! I’m already looking at booking again. I have previously posted anonymously on Facebook but will soon be amending that anonymity so please do search dr Tolga Aksan and feel free to message me, I’ll be happy to chat with you 😊 Dr Tolga, Rumeysa, Beyza and all the staff at the hospital and hotel were wonderful, and I feel as though I have just returned from a restful break. I have enquiried at this point and honestly, the attention to detail, information gathering and customer service is second to none! I will be booking myself and my sister in with this clinic, they have been amazing

I’m 66 from the UK and had a deep plane face and neck lift, temporal lift and upper and lower blephs with Dr Tolga four weeks ago (10th April) and very happy with my results. I can’t recommend Dr Tolga and his team highly enough. He is exceptional at what he does. Rumeysa, his co-ordinate is just an angel, so caring and supportive and with you all the way. Antwell Suites was perfect for my recovery, nice room and good food. Aftercare and follow up has been top notch. Rumeysa responds almost immediately. Thank you once again Dr Tolga and his team

I went to dr Tolga in Istanbul to have a deep plain face lift and honestly . The best decision I have ever made . My confidence is back , dr Tolga took ten years off my face , that guy is a genius , the staff , the hotel everyone was so nice , ladies and gentleman don’t hesitate go get your face fixed 👌👌👌👌

From start to finish everything was perfect felt so at ease I can’t recommend dr tolga enough he’s attention to detail is second to none the after care is perfect everything is so clean never left alone at any time he’s beautiful assistants are at your beck and call when ever you need them will be back for more soon

I had a face lift exactly two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with Dr Tolga and the whole team .
From start to finish considering it’s been two weeks the care the communication has been brilliant .
Always reassuring , patient ,professional,prompt to reply and just simply kind and efficient .
The actual experience too was not daunting at all and better than what I would have expected .

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Tolga 3 weeks ago. I’m very pleased with my result.
I found them through my mother who had a facelift back in January and she looked amazing. I then got in touch with Rumeysa who was honestly so lovely and the communication was great from start to finish.
The hotel was really nice.
Dr Tolga is an amazing surgeon and Rumeysa and the team are fabulous!

My wife and myself had the deep plane facelift and neck tightening and eyes..she also had upper lip done. Thought ( both of us) the surgeon Dr Tolga was outstanding..very little pain..very minor discomfort from the tape around the eyes ..hospital was first class..Rumeysa went above and beyond her duties to see that any of our concerns were important to her as well and made sure that our experience in Turkey was a great one..even had time to give us the Ottoman history..great at her job as was her assistant

Dr Tolga and his team are amazing. I had been watching Dr Tolga for the best part of two years and was always impressed with his work. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a brow lift. I’m totally delighted with the whole process, I’m currently on day 17 and have spoken to patients who are coming up to a year post surgery, all were delighted. The pre and post surgery communication was outstanding, a huge asset is Rumeysa who is lovely, responds quickly and never seemed to tire from my constant questions. Once I arrived in Istanbul the journey was professionally coordinated from the executive taxi to the hospital and my return. I arrived late, had all my tests done within the hour, given dinner and then whisked off to surgery at 7am the next morning. The anaesthetist was outstanding too, I felt in very capable and safe hands. The nurses were kind and I was instantly thrilled with the outstanding work of Dr Tolga. The stay at Antwell Suites was amazing and great for my daughter who had stayed with my the whole time, a great spa, gym and pool at the hotel and a massive shopping centre just a few mins away. I’m loving my results, they’re just amazing and I can recommend Dr Tolga with complete confidence for anyone wishing natural results, a kind approach and outstanding service.

Ich habe dort sowohl eine Laser-Augen-OP als auch meine Zahnbehandlung machen lassen und alles ist super verlaufen. Von Anfang bis Ende war die gesamte Organisation top – alles war sehr gut geplant, strukturiert und professionell. Man hat sich zu keiner Zeit allein gelassen oder unsicher gefühlt.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht auch an Rumeysa und das gesamte Team, die sich wirklich sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und fürsorglich um alles kümmern. Man merkt sofort, dass dort viel Wert auf einen guten Ablauf und das Wohlbefinden der Patienten gelegt wird.

Auch die Ärzte waren unglaublich kompetent, zuvorkommend und vertrauenswürdig. Ich habe mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts und bei beiden Behandlungen jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ich bin mit meinen Ergebnissen mega glücklich und würde mich jederzeit wieder für diese Klinik entscheiden. Wer überlegt, eine Behandlung in der Türkei machen zu lassen, ist hier meiner Meinung nach in sehr guten Händen.

I am more than satisfied with my experience at Northwest Western Clinic in Turkey, and I can truly recommend this clinic from the bottom of my heart.

I had both laser eye surgery and dental treatment done there, and everything went perfectly. From beginning to end, the entire organization was excellent — everything was well planned, smooth, and highly professional. At no point did I feel left alone or unsure.

A very special thank you also goes to Rumeysa and the entire team, who took such great care of everything. They were always friendly, attentive, helpful, and supportive, which made the whole experience even better.

The doctors were also incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. Throughout my stay and during both treatments, I felt completely safe and well looked after.

My first contact was with Rumeisa , communication was extremely important to me , she guided me the whole time . I first went and had upper eyelid surgery with Dr Tolga , this was done while I was fully conscious completely pain free and healed very quickly. I’m 64 from the UK and I had Deep Plane face and neck lift, Temporal lift, Lip lift and upper/lower eye surgery on the 22Jan 2026 I researched a lot of surgeons in Turkey, I choose Dr Tolga Aksan due to his experience and certifications.
Rumeysa the co-ordinator who speaks perfect English was so patient in answering all of questions, I decided to travel alone, but Rumeysa and Beysa were there to support me during my entire stay. The hospital was clean and the staff were really kind and caring. After the operation I had a private transfer to the hotel, which was fantastic, very modern and clean, it really catered for patients recovering from surgery. All of travel in IST was arranged by Rumeysa, private transfers back and forth from the hospital, hotel and airport. I stayed in Turkey for 7 nights, before returning home with all of the medication and instructions in terms of recovery. I felt well enough to work from home the following week, and my recovery has gone so well that after 2 weeks I returned to work in the office. I am so happy with the results, and I can honestly say that I’ve had no pain, just swelling and bruising which is expected, I would recommend Dr Tolga Aksan and his amazing Team.

I went to dr tolga September last year for a tummy tuck, 360 lipo and muscle repair. I researched for a really long time. I understood the importance of finding someone that was obsessed with his job rather than going for a surgeon that pays for celeb clients or has a huge following. I had gone to lots of places in England for a consultation and found that you get more than double the result and service for half the price going to Istanbul. Rumeysa was incredible and looked after me from the moment I stepped off the plane, to when I got back on 1 week later. My results are so incredible and I have sent so many of my friends and clients to dr tolga that also had an amazing experience.
