Really happy with the service we received. Fully recommend this company!

Mike and his team were amazing. A family member has always done our heating and plumbing jobs, but due to illness can no longer work, so It was hard for us to find a team that worked like our family member. Until, Mike and his team came along. Great lads, polite tidy, grafters and went above and beyond. We had a new Bosch boiler and smart TRVs fitted and new radiators. I will not be using anyone else for any other plumbing jobs again.

I have used NW Plumbing Solutions to service my boiler for several years. They have also installed a new one in the buy to let property I have and conduct the landlord's gas safety check every year and well as carrying out plumbing repairs. I have always been very pleased with the service. They are very helpful and friendly.
Today I had a new boiler installed by them at my house. I received a quote very quickly when I first contacted them. They arrived on time to do the installation and worked efficiently, clearing up completely afterwards.
They explained how to use the thermostat and boiler.
I would definitely recommend NW Plumbing for any plumbing or gas work.

Had both Brad and Keiran round recently, both lovely guys. Keiran did a great service on my gas fire and boiler and Brad unclogged my drains. Won’t use another company for gas or plumbing issues in the future!

Kieran recently carried out a 7 year major service on our boiler. Not only was he conscientious and thorough but he's a decent bloke too. Mike and his team replaced a combi boiler and installed smart thermostat for me. They did a superb job from start to finish. Mike spent a lot of time with me quoting appropriately to my needs, and very generously returned the day after installation for a follow-up to some queries I had. He even sourced a substantial discount on my chosen boiler and arranged for it to be fitted quickly to qualify for the offer! The installation day itself was handled smoothly and professionally by Kerion and Bradley. My new boiler is fabulous and I have complete confidence in NorthWest Plumbing Solutions. Highly, highly recommend if you want a job done well.

Mike and his team were brilliant, competent, courteous and professional. They installed a new combi boiler in a different location and fitted 2 new radiators, talking me though the procedures and answering all my questions. Really happy with their work, and they tidy up too! Can highly recommend them.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mike and his team. Over the last 3 years they have fitted 2 bathrooms, replaced a shower and several radiators, replaced a boiler and done various emergency repairs for us. Everything has been perfect from start to finish, and the team are all lovely to deal with. When a well-known energy company cut off my boiler a few days before the end of my pregnancy in freezing temperatures, Mikes team had rescued me and sorted the boiler within an hour. Mikes work has also included putting right some awful messes left behind by a rogue trader. I have been so glad we discovered the Northwest Plumbing team, they really are brilliant, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job, big or small, emergency or planned I can speak from experience they are excellent at all!

Mike and his wonderful team of tradesmen have just finished replacing eleven radiators at my home. They’ve done such a great job. No mess, no fuss, just got on with what they needed to do, treating my property with respect at all times and all done in one day. What had the potential to be a very stressful time as more or less every room in the house was disrupted in some way, was made easy by the skill, quiet confidence and personality of all the team. Mike kept me informed all the way from my initial enquiry and a very competitive quote right up to turning up on time on the agreed day for installation . It seems to be rare these days for tradesmen to do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it, but not in the case of NorthWest Plumbing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they’ve done. Even got all the air out of the system before they left. Highly recommended

New Worcester Bosch Life Combi boiler
Had a new boiler fitted by Mike and his team Bradley & Kieron re-locating the old boiler from the kitchen to the utility room with all the complications of connecting in to the existing 40 year old installation being overcome plus running a new larger gas pipe from the meter to the utility room and removing the old tanks and piping from the loft.
They arrived early, worked continuously and carried out the work to a very high standard. They are professional, efficient and trustworthy.
What a difference from the old system boiler we had , heating, hot water and a great shower don't know why we put up with the old boiler for so long.
I would recommend Northwest Plumbing Solutions to anyone looking for good, honest, skilled tradesmen.

Moved into a new property with a boiler that looked like it was from the 60’s!! Contacted NorthWest Plumbing Solutions, Mike was quick to respond, came round to look at the job and was able to book me in and turn my ancient boiler into a brand spanking new one. Mike and his team replaced my boiler from an old 80s system to a brand new system. They arrived on time, they were ultra professional throughout and offered the best advice and service every step of the way.
