Great customer service! I was helped by AllyChen who provided attentive service after my shoes were not performing as expected. Really appreciate the prompt responsiveness and follow ups!

I initially really liked these shoes and found them comfortable for my work in healthcare, where I spend long hours on my feet. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the heel after wearing them for a short time, so I reached out to the company for help.
I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Their customer service was friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve my concern. They arranged a replacement without making the process difficult, which I truly appreciated.
While I did have an issue with the original pair, the way the company responded gave me confidence in their commitment to their customers. I genuinely liked the shoes and am looking forward to receiving the replacement. I appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes customer feedback seriously.

Needed ordering their product through Amazon and Amazon failed them by sending me a pair of used boots. After contacting them Nortiv8 sent me a brand new pair at no cost. So far the boots are very reliable and comfortable!

When I unboxed the shoes that I had ordered, it was clear that they had been previously worn. This was disappointing, as I was expecting new shoes. I sent pictures to the company, and they were very quick to reply with an apology and have offered a full refund.

Despite appearing previously worn, the shoes are a great fit and feel very comfortable!

Great customer service! Have several pairs of the Nortiv boots and have been very happy with them (usually buy Under Armour but pricey!). I tried these boots and like them very much, so I got another new pair, had an issue with them and customer care took care of it promptly! Sent me a new pair and even got to keep the other pair. Very comfortable boots and I’m on my feet all day and rough on boots, highly recommend boots. Thanks again John

The material as well as the design promotes comfortable and extended usage. Because of the fact that I ordered a wrong size, I am unable to comment in detail about the internal lining.

I was not satisfied with the advertised waterproof, boots I purchased. Upon reaching out to the company with my complaints they’re very promptly and courteously issued me a refund. The boots weren’t so great, but dealing with the company was.“ satisfied in Texas.

So , almost 3 months ago I bought this hiking boot. I immediately loved them. But after my very first hike on a trail that had no cliffs, steps, or anything (it was just a paved path for a majority) i noticed a metal notch had snapped off. I continued to wear them, just unable to fully lace them up. I gave them a 3 star, then a 4 just because of how good they still were. At the 90 day mark, I discovered that there was a warranty and I messaged them. They responded immediately and gave me a small refund. While they can't send me the part or a replacement shoe, the refund can go into a cobbler visit to have that metal notch replaced! The fact they responded and helped me after a fairly long waiting period, on my part, is amazing. I'm happy with my purchase even more so now.

My experience didn’t start off too great at first. I received a pair of shoes that had clearly been used. But after reaching out to customer service, I soon realized it wasn’t the brands fault. Yet the brand took full accountability and offered me solutions. They were VERY quick to resolve this issue. And I appreciate that.

Soooo, I've been ordering Bruno Marc boots for some years now and the quality has always been good. I've had the brown ones twice, the black ones before, I have the winter ones and lately I've been getting the wheat. I love the zipper on the side cause it just makes off and on so convenient. I did have an issue with the zipper on my last wheat pair, but after contacting customer care an explaining my problem they came with a great solution that worked out great. So I'll keep getting them, cause the stand by their brand..

Unfortunately the shoes was to big and wasn’t able to try them at work. Luckily the return process was quick and the team responded at a timely manner. Can’t wait to get the correct size and try them on. Thanks agin for the easy and quick response. -Rob

Great experience! I received two pairs as a gift. Both pairs were great. The all swift was a little more narrow and I was able to return with the help of customer service very easily! I will continue to order from here!

Horrible boots wore them for a day and completely destroyed my feet called customer service explained they said they could only refund 30%. I will not ever consider any of the products

So far it’s been good. The size was too large. We had to send them back and pay postage. The new order should be right size. Wish they were on Amazon.

My husband wears nortiv8 boots for work and they wear well. We have purchased them a number of times. Unfortunately this last time I ordered the wrong style. Customer support was very helpful with my return and answered all my questions.

For the 3rd time I purchased shoes is very comfortable on me, the customer service is very accommodating.

I really like the wide width shoes, great fit and seem rugged. At about 2 weeks of normal wear I had a problem on one of the insoles as about 2 cm came apart under the ball of the foot and the foam of the sole insert was exposed and crumbled. I emailed the seller with photos and they are sending me another pair.
The shoes “breathe” well while being water resistant and the overall cushion is sufficient.

I don't know if my last review was accepted . I loved the boots until they ripped inside of the left shoe underneath the seam . Customer service offered partial refund which I accepted but would of rathered got the same boot with that discount . The same exact boots . Customer service in my eyes is excellent . Thank you for your time
