Thank you for following up, and we’re very sorry that our previous response left you feeling that your concern was not taken seriously.

We understand why you were frustrated. You contacted us because you found the same shoes for $15 less on Amazon, and instead of exploring whether there was anything we could do about the price difference, we proceeded with your cancellation request and then sent you the Amazon link. We can see how that response may made you feel that customer service was not our priority.

We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback has also highlighted an area where we could have handled the situation more thoughtfully.

We sincerely apologize again for how your request was handled and hope you’ll give us an opportunity to regain your confidence in Bruno Marc.
