I ordered a generator and a pad. I called first to make sure they had one in stock. They confirmed the availability. They shipped it quickly and sent shipping information right away. The freight company damaged the pad in shipment. I followed the shipping procedures as they told me to when rejecting a shipment for damage. They were so helpful getting me a replacement. I was really surprised how helpful they were, and how quickly I got the replacement. These folks know how to do online business. Highly recommend.

delivery 16 week or 48 it's a little to much.

I left an email to call me several times. No response to date. Emails are not responded to. Communication after sales is made is very poor.
Hope I get a reply to this.

Great price and FAST shipping - they often have parts and prices better than the competition....will re-order again

We ordered a Generac standby generator with accessories this morning. We spoke with Markayla. It was a pleasure speaking with her. She is very knowledgeable about the product. Also she was very kind and courteous.

Good price...good customer service....would do business again.

Placed my order which included free shipping. Oh surprise my zip code costs extra. To the tune of $185. Cancelled order and still looking for a source for the product I want.

Took 6 weeks to receive my gen., but only 3 days to take the money out of my account! WHAT'S WITH THAT???

While ordering, she knew each product extensively and was able to match our needs with the exact generator we ordered.

Ordered over two weeks ago. Product was supposedly in stock. Last update was over a week ago saying order was 'processing'. Have heard nothing since. They aren't answering phone-won't even provide for leaving a message. This is ridiculous. Extremely dissatisfied!

Very good deal for the money, I just wish they would provide more delivery dates and times than they do .
