It was easy to book appointments
It was easy to book appointments. We can choose the day and time that is convenient to us. In addition, for in-person appointments, there are plenty of locations to choose - at least in major cities. To my knowledge the fee is very reasonable. Response to your questions are answered promptly by email. Not tried the phone.

Friendly and helpful
The online notary was very patient and helpful with my parents who are elderly and were trying to navigate the online process. She made them comfortable and was very friendly!

I had a really great experience with the notary service. The lady who assisted me was incredibly calm and patient throughout the entire process, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Even though I unfortunately forgot her name, I truly want to recognize how kind and professional she was.
The service was also impressively quick without feeling rushed. She took the time to ensure everything was done properly while still being efficient. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and helpful

Don't waste your money!!
The providers have no idea what is require for court when notarizing affidavits. Be very careful in using this service! What I got could not even be submitted to the file as it was missing so much. I trusted this service to know requirements to submit affidavits, but they clearly did not. I paid for for a reputable company to notarize properly and kissed my money goodbye to Notary Pro. No refund, and lack of knowledge. Don't waste your money like I did! Find a local face to face notary. There are lots out there!

We’d like to clarify that during your appointment, the notary did review the requirements for your affidavit and provided guidance on what would be needed for court submission. At that time, you chose to proceed differently. Following your appointment, we also offered a discounted rate and the opportunity to apply the amount you had already paid toward a corrective signing to ensure everything met the necessary requirements. Unfortunately, this option was declined.
Our goal is always to support clients in getting their documents completed correctly, and we do our best to provide guidance within the scope of a notary’s role. We understand how important these documents are, and we regret that this situation did not meet your expectations.

Melissa was very professional and courteous. I forgot the appointment, but she called to remind me of it. She very patiently waited for me to get my technology to work, and while I went to my computer and later phone (because the computer video didn't) work.

Absolutely the worst experience any…
Absolutely the worst experience any company has given me for a refund. The driver delivered the bed to first floor at the bottom of the steps so ofcourse it got stolen. I had to fight for my refund. They asked for my social security and date of birth. So many personal questions just to give me back my money. Completely unacceptable
