My experience with g4 claims has been nothing buy outstanding from my claim handler nicole frame absolutely amazing girl very professional at her job from the minute she took my call to keeping me up to date with any information on claim as well as robyn chanelle all other girls in office just superb I can't praise or thank them enough for all help and support throughout my claim so thank u once again to Nicole and the G4 claims team 100 percent recommend to any 1

I used G4 claims for the first time and I am so glad I did! Will be using them in the future if needed. From the very first phone call to the last they have been very helpful and professional. I dealt with Amanda and Lauren and cannot thank them enough for making the process simple and easier to deal with.

This was my 2nd time using G4 through no fault of my own can't fault the girls they were amazing from start to Finnish no hassle pain free lol just 1 phone call and they jumped into ACTION THANK U SO MUCH G4

I called g4 following being involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and the girls were amazing. I dealt with Cherelle and Rhiannon, they kept me right with everything and nothing was ever a problem.
I had a courtesy car delivered the following day which was even higher spec than the car I was driving.
I’m currently still waiting for things to be settled but I can’t fault any of the service I’ve received. I will 100% be recommending them and hopefully won’t have to use them again but if I’m unfortunate enough to be involved in any other kind of accident I would definitely make them my first call.

From the first call to the last, I felt that I was in professional hands. The claims handler was extreamy Professional and helpfull. The curtacy car was of the same size and specifications as my own and not a small hatchback.
G4 even helped me with several physio appointments due to the nature of my accident.
I can't thank the whole team enough, what could have been a very stressful situation was made easy by all at G4,I would recommend everyone use this quality service in the event they are involved in an accident in the future.

hi there I would just like to thank you so much for everything you've done to help me during the process of getting everything sorted for me after the accident. 1st class service as well. Great turn around from booking my car in and getting it back absolutely perfect.

Dealt with g4 claims a few years ago. Someone crashed into the back of me and gave me their details however they completely ignored my calls and texts. I spoke with g4 and they done everything for me . The only thing I had to do was go to the doctor as I had whiplash. I ended up with £3000 even though the women denied hitting me .

Have used G4 Claims twice and recommended them to all my friends and family. Service is first class, repairs on my car top notch! Such a smooth fast service. Keep doing what your doing :-)

I have had such a stressful time recently with my car and they have been brilliant. I didn’t realise how much I loved my car until now.

I got a hire car quick, my car was collected promptly and I recently got good news regarding the repairs. Extra thanks to Nicole F, when I was upset today on the phone she was so kind, it’s very much appreciated.

G4Claims has got to be thee BEST company to deal with,from my inital call made to the call handler( sorry it was either Rhianna or Rhiannon) after my accident on the 19th July 2023,nothing was a problem.The car was picked up for repair with a few days and a courtesy car arranged. My car was returned in around 2 weeks..

Seriously this has got to be the best company I have ever had to deal with in a unfortunate situation through my car accident. Totally on the ball from day one 🙌 it's just day 3 and my car is already going to a repair centre, hire car coming tomorrow morning, claiming started on my injuries. The seamless efforts are second to none. A big thanks to Alan the field agent who is a top quality man. Nicola Rudder give him a wage rise and more drones for his work lol 😆
