Hi Roeland, we are sorry to hear about your experience.

We have requested more information on your review, as we are unable to find your order with the first name alone.

Most customer will qualify for free shipping but if you want for shipping and it was delivered to a pick up point, means Service point was selected and not Home delivery, sorry if this was not your intention.

We do mention on the website that returns are not free but once we hear back from you with your order details, one of our customer service team will reach out directly to help with this situation.

Hello Bobby, thanks for sharing your thoughts and we do apologise they are not holding up as expected.

This is not normal, and shouldn't be happening. However, we can guarantee that we don't use any cheap fabric and have throughly tested the fabric we used and they go under extensive quality controls and inspections.

We have requested more information on your review, as we are unable to find your order with the first name alone.

Once we have this, one of our team will reach out to get some information on the issue with your purchase from us!
