My package was delivered to the wrong address, but customer service tracked it down and made sure it got to me. Very helpful throughout.

Complete rip-off.
Hayley Fleece Lined Winter Leggings - don’t bother. Complete waste of $45. These are absolutely nothing like the photos, cheap thin fabric, badly stitched and very short in the legs. I am only 165cm tall and these are mid-calf length at best. Don’t believe the ‘Australian Family business in Noosa’ story. These shipped from China and make Temu look like good quality. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Plenty of 5-star reviews - however they’re all from accounts with only one review - so I’m guessing they’re probably not genuine.

I bought a jacket on the understanding…
I bought a jacket on the understanding that this company did refunds. However the jacket arrived, I was disappointed with the quality and style and so asked for a refund. Firstly I had to explain what it was that i didn't like about the jacket, then I was asked to send a photograph. After that I had an email to say i had 3 alternatives. I could have a store credit (there was nothing I wanted to buy), or, I could keep the item and have a 10% refund, or I could return the item to China with a whole host of things that could go wrong with this procedure, lost in transit, held up at customs, etc etc. I would not have ordered this item had I known I would have to return the item to China. I think this is appalling and the company are not to be trusted, their products are cheap and nasty and their refund policy a joke.
Be warned don't use Nouvar.
The reply from nouvar is more or less self explanatory, if I want a full refund I send my item back to china at my expense. This is not clear on their website.
I do believe that the reviews of this company that are so glowing are completely fake, they are much the same, lovely clothes and great service, AI has a lot to answer for.

4 weeks since I ordered a ladies shirt- still has not been despatched from wherever it comes from - autogenerated responses when I queried it - don’t even know whether I will receive the item - certainly not an Australian business

Its a scam.Its nothing Aussie business
Dont be misled in thinking that the real product is anyway close to pictures. The quality is poorer than poorest. They try to show its Aussie business,its not. They ship from China and return policy is not there. I ordered a leather jacket whose zip would cut your fingers its that sharp and fabric thinner than a tshirt.Please dont waste your money. I learnt very hard way
