The service isn't perfect but they answer the phone in a timely fashion, which isnt to be sniffed at these days and are quite straightforward.

We contacted Nova Insurance to request a quote for unoccupied house insurance on a property which is up for sale. The whole processes was refreshingly straightforward and quick. We spoke to Jordan Smith who was very helpful and efficient. We were also very pleased with the cost of the premium.

I was struggling to find an insurance policy for a property that was unoccupied and up for sale.
Simple quote process and a call back the next day to discuss finer details.

Quick response and friendly attitude from receptionist and similarly from Jack Fuller, who dealt with my policy.

I was contacted promptly by Fae Tyler who was very polite and helpful and found the whole procedure very simple.I received a confirmation email, policy documents and receipt almost immediately followed by paper copies two days later.

Needed unoccupied property insurance. Went through website and Jordan Smith rang after quotes delivered. I hadn't had time to review all but he said no problem I'll call back in 20mins to give you a chance to review the quotes. 20 mins later he rang back. Service really efficient and very competitive prices. All covered and docs now received. Excellent service
