Excellent product delivered on time

Easy to order, good price and arrived quickly. No complaints. Loo brush is a nice colour (stone grey), bit different to the usual chrome / black / white

Received my product in good time and was happy with the service

I bought the nova chopper last year at the ideal homes show. It broke i contacted their customer service in October 2024 and was eventually told I would receive a refund link. It is now February 2025 and I have still not received my refund and have had no response to emails. Would not recommend this company.

Not even sharp enough to cut boiled eggs!

Nova has the most considerate and helpful administrative personnel ever who are very supportive being endowed with incredible insight of bestowing genuine goodwill and care. Lauren's kindness to senior pensioners who suffer from arthritis in the hands and find the Nova dicer as their unique essential hand whilst cooking is a boon and may she be blessed forever for when ours got broken, she replaced it and advised not to worry too besides sending us our new one which we had ordered and requested for.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with first class service and great products as well. 100% you should purchase there various goods. Forgot to say sullied replacement parts F.O.C with no quibble at all, cannot praise them enough. I can now go back to making my home made soup and sauces 👍

The Slice & Dice is a pointless kitchen item, you can do better with a knife. The seller Clinton is a con artist and doesn't give out receipts or honour the 1 year guarantee, bought mine 2 weeks ago at the Frome show and its going in the bin.

Great Company and Lauren has been very helpful. We purchased one of the most popular products which cuts veg etc into small and larger pieces. The blade on the original purchase broke ( I think I was too aggressive chopping ) so we purchased a new set. The same blade failed ( not me this time) so I contacted the Company. Lauren has been able to send replacements for which we are very grateful. Definitely will use Nova again.

Really fast shipping and a really great product.

It was easy to order. The packet arrived on time and as I used these before, they are excellent.

I bought a hand whisk that rotates as you push it down in Feb, by Aug the spring mechanism stopped working. The shop only has a UK mobile for contact and only recieves calls via Whatsapp, which it never answers. Then they ignored any email I sent them too.
