Nova supplied what I wanted when I wanted it for a price I was willing to pay. My food preparation time has reduced dramatically.

I bought the slicer from a show, one of the fitting broke, I emailed the company and they replaced immediately.
It's a great gadget and I will use it every day. Highly recommend

I bought Nova slice & Dice from the Exhibition, when i tried using the product second time the blade boke few of the square ones came off. I spoke to customer care and was promised a replacement blade, its been 6 weeks and as yet i have had no replacement. I would not recommend anyone to buy the product, as there is no customer service either.

Update. Blame royal mail, they lost it. When I can contacted Nova again another one was sent out straight away. Good customer service.

I bought my dicer in June 2023 from The Royal Bath & West and I have used it A LOT! However I did have an issue with a split in the chopping part of this and so it made using difficult. I went to the Royal Bath & West this year and was prepared to purchase a whole new item. The representative told me to contact Nova via the website and they would replace said part. I am very pleased to say they did just that - sent me a replacement part, no quibble and at no cost. Very impressed with the item and this company. If you find chopping fruit and veg a pain - get one these. Thank you for fantastic customer service.

Purchased last year at the Good food show. The small blade has fallen apart. Tried to email company.. no reply. Probably best AVOID buying.

I got very good support from the support team when I reached out. In fact I got a replacement via post and an apology for the inconvenience. My previous review was premature as I got a reply later today. I am happy.

Quick delivery. Excellent product . This is the second one I have purchased.

Needed a new blade for my veg chopper - easy to order and came relatively quickly at a fair price.

Ordered 2 items which were delivered however there was a part missing from the box of the Nova Dicer. I emailed them several times with the order number and sent a message via their website asking about a replacement but never got a reply.

Great bit of kit does as demonstrated, found you have to cut onions a bit smaller or the blades bend , ordered new cutter , came on time all working as before, I recommend buying one of these they are very handy
