I would like to show my gratitude to Mr. Joe checkley for always looking after my financial concerns. I very rarely have to look at my portal, think about future financial preparation and strategic decisions because I know that Joe always has my priorities front of mind. I do not know what I would do without him.

I had an excellent experience working with Olu and Zoe as my mortgage advisors. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my situation and explained every step of the process clearly, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable

I engaged NOVA Wealth after watching some great retirement planning videos by James Shack. At the time I had been working with larger financial planning companies and was not impressed with the experience.
I had an initial meeting with Ella Killen and she talked about me and what I wanted, rather than talking about money and how big my pension pot was.
It was a refreshing experience and after 5 months of working together I decided to use NOVA to manage my retirement and financial future.
Ella and Amy have guided me through everything I need to know and given me the knowledge and confidence that I am making the right choices with my investment decisions, and when to retire.
Will Shillingford also supported me with possible options for mortgages in retirement, which is great because I didn't realise these options existed.

Joe and Amy have been looking after us for about 3 years now. We put a toe in the water with a small investment with no ambitions or expectations to change from the FA who had looked after us for many years. We were impressed with the ease with which we could communicate with them and how the value of our pension and net worth generally is visible on a webpage. This is markedly different form the annual reports which we used to receive. So we jumped ship to Octopus (now Nova) and don't regret it. The clarity provided has given me the confidence to accelerate my retirement plans and I will be stopping work in 2026. Just this month we have just had a remortgage sourced by Olu and its been a very easy and productive experience.

Will, Zoe and the team made our re-mortgage incredibly easy. They shortlisted the best products and then sourced multiple offers with the minimum effort from us, shepherding the chosen application through to completion on time, and answering my queries along the way. (This was a free service as a result of being a Nova client for other services)

Good balance of financial and behavioural advice. We’ve been with Dan for a bit over a year and have been happy with his overall support. In particular, two things standout:
1) Balance of financial and behavioural advice: Dan will normally provide the “purely financially correct” answer followed by what adjustments he’d make to have the recommendation fit our risk tolerance and emotional needs. Eg., if we want less equity exposure
2) Responsive adhoc advice: Dan has been very responsive when we’ve had adhoc questions outside the traditional annual review. Eg., when looking to buy a new home

We can’t recommend Lauren O’Loughlin highly enough. Her professionalism and financial knowledge are exceptional, and she always takes time to explain everything clearly and transparently with no jargon or pressure, just honest advice that is easy to understand.

What really sets Lauren apart is her caring and attentive approach. She genuinely listens, tailors her guidance to our needs, and always makes us feel comfortable and supported. She has also got a lovely sense of humour which she uses appropriately during our Google Meetings. Regarding meetings, they are always well-organised and punctual, with ample time to go through questions without ever feeling rushed.

Nova have been fantastic in helping me secure my first mortgage. Big thanks to Olu, Zoe, and Will who helped me in my journey. They’ve explained things thoroughly but also in simple terms which really helps as a first time buyer. Communication has been easy and fast.

Nova have been helping us with renewing some BTL mortgages recently, and Olu and Zoe have both been very helpful. I particularly like the fact that you can view the market in real time with them on a Teams call, rather than waiting for the broker to come back to you with their recommendations a few days later, as was the case with our prior broker. This helps give you the confidence you are getting the best product for your circumstances.

NOVA and particularly Simon Cahill have been clear, concise and have listened to my requirements, outlining the risks and potential gains of each strategy to educate me, so that I can make an informed decision, at every stage. Any questions I have are answered promptly and the platforms and tools are easy and clear to navigate and manage. This is a 5 star experience from my previous FA’s, I just wished I’d moved to NOVA sooner.

Special thanks to Will (and Zoe) for their patience and expert guidance, we had an incredible experience with the Nova Team. We originally planned to pay off my mortgage in full, but when the stock market unexpectedly crashed and wiped out 20% of my portfolio, we had to change plans at the last minute.

Their team handled the situation with professionalism, speed, and compassion. They worked with us to secure the right mortgage extension without making me feel rushed or pressured. The communication was clear throughout, and they really went the extra mile to make sure we felt supported and understood.
