Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this Novita Diamonds which included being lied to multiple times.

I wanted to compare two sizes of studs in person so I called to ask if they would have them. The woman on the phone told me she couldn't check right then but to note it in the booking form when I make an appointment.
When made the appointment I specified the sizes but when I turned up, they told me they didn't have one of them in stock.

I decided on the ones they had in stock and purchased them. On the way home I received a call to tell me she sold me the wrong size and requesting I return them.

When I got home I checked the size and my receipt and they were correct. I told her this and she responded that the label is correct but the stock was not. At that point I noticed the label said 18ct instead of 9ct white gold which was what I purchased.

I called her to understand better why she said it was the wrong size. She then told me that actually they had sold me display stock and they were not under warranty. At this point it was clear she didn't want to tell me the truth. I asked her if they accidentally sold me the 18ct gold and let her know if that is the case I would be happy to bring them back.

After a long pause she told me that isn't what happened. She said she would check with her team and call me back.

When she called me back she doubled down on the lies and said they didn't know what they sold me and it could even be silver. Upon checking their website I could see they don't seem to sell silver at all.

In the end her manager called me and told me the truth, which was exactly as I suspected, they accidentally gave me the 18ct gold. They offered to send a courier to pick them up but at this point I didn't trust them to send me the correct studs in return so went out of our way again to return to the store and fix their mistake.

The ring was to big ( husband through I had fat fingers lol), so when we were on holiday in Adelaide, I popped in the Novita shop to have it resize. This was amazing service too the lady was so helpful
I received the ring back within 10days and this was great service too as we live in the NT outback

At our initial meeting Kellyann asked if there were any engagement ring designs I liked and to show her pictures of these. I shared 3 with her and by the same afternoon she had emailed a quote for all of them. After that it was a no brainer to stay with Novita to make the wedding ring design truly ours and also purchase my husbands wedding band. Kellyann's attention to detail, customer service and care made our experience. I highly recommend Novita Perth. I love the quality and bespoke design of my wedding rings.

Mavis provide an excellent service for the ear ring purchase and the backing replacement.

Disappointing experience. Decided to order from another company.

I don't know where all positive reviews come from. Maybe I wasn't lucky. I wanted to order a ring with 5 carat coloured diamond. First of all, it took me days of writing, calling and messaging just to get an answer from them. They don't explain the process of delivery and terms of payment. Secondly, they were not customer-friendly. The manager told me to place an order first, and only after I pay several thousand euros I will (maybe) get a real video of the stone I ordered. Are you kidding? Each normal company is happy to provide several videos for cheaper options. An they want me to buy a coloured stone (which are Very tricky to choose even live) without a real live video, just because "they have too many requests". Thirdly, their pricing policy is not transparent. I got tired messaging them. Well, good luck, guys.
