Not Happy
I have been trying to contact Novita in both Manchester and London but no one picks up the ‘phone. Just get an automatic response as in - I am transferring you now- then the line goes dead. I have e mailed them as well and still nothing. Are they still operating here in the UK with particular reference to being in Manchester.
24 Jan 2026 - look let’s not carry this on shall we. Why not just get an actual person to pick up the ‘phone when it rings - that should solve it and if I call your Manchester office again and a person does pick up then I will say that on here.

Marianela made our customer experience at Novita wonderful. She offered more than enough time to fully understand their products. This was my first time ever buying a ring and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was helped by Liseth, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole process so easy, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or unsure. Her guidance and patience really took the stress out of such a big decision.
The ring turned out perfect, and I’m so glad I chose Novita Diamonds. Highly recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful or forgiving when I was running dreadfully late for my appointment. Have had a disastrous experience at another lab diamond company Austen & Blake that totally put me off lab diamonds until my husband convinced me to try again. So happy I did. Go to Novita, not the others.

Amazing experience
I visited the Brisbane showroom for an engagement ring and was assisted by April. She was very welcoming and friendly. She took her time explaining everything so I could make a better decision.
The final product was also amazing.

Novita diamond parramatta
The service provided by Novita diamonds was exceptional. Marmellia, was highly professional and went above and beyond to arrange delivery of my partners solitaire diamond ring. The ring it self was equisitite _ beautifully crafted of outstanding quality and very competitively priced compared to retail outlets. I would not hesitate to return to future purchases.

When me and my partner came to Novita, we were welcomed by Laura. Who was absolutely lovely and excellent with the service provided.
She broke down all the small steps into creating the perfect ring; as well as finding us the best value for money.
She created the best experience for us both. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in a similar process.

Beautiful engagement ring. Great customer service experience and really quick response times.
Being able to choose the setting, metal, have band or bridge, stone, band width, engraving, birthstone etc. Every step of the way we could choose.
All of this, while having a great selection of diamonds to choose from and at really great prices
