Do not ever use this company. Lease a house with stove and aircons not working months for repairs. In the wet season roof leaking house made uninhabitable. STILL WAITING ON COMPENSATION?????????
During routine inspections doors where left unlocked and lights wher left on, the real estate agent also went through our cupboards.

Joely was the first person that came to mind for me when we were thinking of renting our property. I have worked with her in the past and know first hand that she holds a high standard, has solid work ethics and she's a lovely person. Highly recommend Joely and the team at Now Leasing.

First tenancy for us and unnecessarily stressful.
We had an unfortunate run with Now Leasing. The Manager Joely was very supportive in view of our experiences , however that didn't stop our tenancy with Now Leasing being very stressful. We recognise that our experience may have been a one-off, as the agents we were with are no longer with the company. However... here is our experience... we were not given adequate information regarding take over and arrived expecting to pay by credit card only to be told that was not possible, we were advised to drive into Darwin to withdraw cash, this was stressful as I had organised furniture to arrive that morning, I left to do as directed and then went back to check they didnt do online... they do, it was just not offered. When we got the keys to the apartment , there was an electronic gate we were not given the code. we were given gate openers but the batteries were flat. Fortunately a neighbour opened the gate for us. Every inspection was by a different agent we therefore answered the same questions over and over. The inspection times were set in concrete, we had absolutely no flexibility. We made requests through the agency that when we came across the landlord we discussed with him and he said he had not been advised of, after that we approached him directly. Our inspection reports were all 'Excellent Condition" Im sorry to have to review it like this, however these are the facts. I do hope this was a one-off, and wish Now Leasing all the best with their new agents.

Highly recommend Janelle and the team.
Janelle was very approachable and helped us with what few issues we did have in the handling of our tennancy. Down to earth and genuinely cared about our needs and situation.

My experience is not good
My experience is not good, they do not act in the best interest of the owner or the renter and tried to get both of us to spend un-necessary money, taking my bond and the owner to paint when it was not needed.

I am in a position to interact with Now…
I am in a position to interact with Now Leasing from 2 different perspective, both of which I am in a position to compare their performance with other like providers. As a leasee, We have been leasing through Now Leasing for three years. They are one of the few companies that we have leased through that is able to maintain the delicate balance between meeting the needs of both the leasee and the owner so that both feel that they are being fairly and well represented.
As a contractor they are wonderful to work with. Instructions are clear snd consice and you know exactly what is required from each type of clean requested.
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful
