Just had a live chat with Ismail and found him to be so very helpful. Looking for a deal for an elderly relative who had been oversold and mis sold a product by another network provider , it was wonderful to speak to someone who was not just about the sale but also caring that we got the right product for our needs He checked how we were going to use the phone and even checked the signal strength for our postcode.

Now mobile has been our simcards for nearly the entire family, we recommended nowmobile to family and friends and ita worth it!

Great network and good service. I am using for several years.

I left 3 to join Now Mobile and have been with them for a few years now. They use the EE network for coverage so no issues there. On the rare occasion I need to speak with someone in customer services I always manage to speak to someone within 3 minutes and never an offshore call centre. Overall not a bad network and good value.

Now mobile is a very easy, fast and cheap and just makes calling and texting much easier. NOW Mobile is a great service provider that offers a wide range of features and benefits to its customers. It provides fast and secure connection as well. Overall, I highly recommend NOW Mobile to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable mobile service.

Very positive experience with Now Mobile. Moved my number to this company as they have the best reception out of all networks in Tamworth. Customer service very supportive and almost instantly responsive. Great for people who she family abroad as offer minutes for all over the world.

I went from now mobile because of the plans they do help people with low income they don't want to sit up a contract as they can't afford one and this is exactly with a contract you just top it up and you want to

My SIM card was never sent out and I had no communication that this was the case.

I got in touch with support and they asked if I was at some random address which I can only assume is another customer. It ended up being that the SIM would arrive too late so I'd have to renew my current contract with another provider anyway.

At this point I asked for a refund and they said yes and that it would be processed. A couple of weeks later I had no refund so messaged them and they said there was no such request. Finally got my refund a few days later.

They then emailed me today asking if I wanted a "good will offer". I assumed this was due to the previous mistakes so I replied yes and then received an email saying to leave a review here in order to get the offers. I wouldn't trust many reviews on here due to this.

Reliable service for a budgeting price, PayAsYouGo basis giving you plenty space keep Ing eye on your spendings.

Customer care was able to resolve my number porting transfer and provided some credit when the payment system was not working

Very quick to send out the SIM card, live chat has been very responsive and they've answered every question I've had, number was ported in 24 hours, good prices, would recommend.

I am a now mobile subscriber for long time.their calling package are soo cheap.They use EE network for great coverage.Customer care advisor are very helpful.Highly recomended network specially for international call.

Used Now mobile just one month. Terrible service. Customer services are terrible. When you are on call 4G services will convert to 3G service. And some places internet disconnected while on calling.

Don’t recommend. It’s better to use EE OR 1p mobile.

I joined because they use EE network which was good.... until I got a text to restart for 5g, which I did.... all I can say is that whenever I'm in a 5g area it's worse than 4g used to be.
If I could turn off 5g I would!!
Talking to friends they have same issues on other networks, but seems less often than me
