Zero star for me now ! Just got scam by no worries offical!!! I’ve ordered something from their store and my item never come. I contacted them and ask them to refund me back my money then they told me they will give me a gift card instead but I couldn’t use the give card they provided me and when I contacted them telling them that the gift card isn’t working they told me to buy the product using my money again. I was so stupid to trust them so, I did and now they haven’t reply me back for a few days now and I did not get my money back !!!!! I’m very disappointed and I hope karma will come back to them! Scam scam scam !!

I would give this company ZERO stars if possible — An absolute nightmare. Avoid this company.

Do yourself a favour and buy literally anywhere else.

I purchased a No Worries Kid Safe Pro 4G smartwatch as my son’s birthday present. It arrived faulty. It wouldn’t recognise a working SIM and repeatedly got stuck in a “Hello” startup loop.

I contacted No Worries and explained the problem. I tested multiple working SIM cards and provided evidence.

Their solution?

“Keep the faulty watch and we’ll give you 25% off.”

No thanks. I requested a refund.

Instead of actually listening to me, they decided to send a replacement anyway. I repeatedly told them I did not want another watch. We had already been forced to buy another brand watch for my son’s birthday because theirs didn’t work.

The replacement arrived.

Guess what? EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM.

At this point, you’d reasonably expect a company to say, “We’re sorry. Obviously there’s a problem here. Let’s refund you.”

Nope.

What followed was weeks of absolute customer-service bullshit.

Generic email after generic email. The same scripted responses. The same “policy”. The same promise that someone from their mysterious “back-office team” would review the complaint.

Nobody actually appeared to read what I was writing.

I repeatedly explained that I wanted a refund. I explained the fault. I explained that I’d already received a replacement and that the replacement was also faulty.

Eventually I told them I was done waiting and was initiating a credit-card chargeback.

Their response?

Another generic email asking me to provide more video evidence.

At this stage I have provided evidence of the fault, tested multiple SIM cards, received TWO defective watches and spent approximately a month trying to get a straightforward refund.

Yet apparently their solution is to keep sending customers in circles until they give up.

This isn’t a company struggling with a difficult customer-service issue.

This is a company that appears completely incapable of resolving a basic warranty/consumer complaint.

The product was bad enough. The customer service has been considerably worse.

I have now commenced the chargeback process and will be providing my bank with the complete email chain, evidence of both faulty watches and the company’s repeated refusal to properly address my refund request.

If you’re thinking about buying a No Worries watch - or any product from them for that matter, read the reviews first. I wish I had.

I wouldn’t trust this company with another cent of my money.

Everything went wrong, false advertising orthopedic shoes that are glorified slippers and glorified is only because its expensive for a foot wear that are made so cheap to be sold so high.
Costumer service is useless , they won't to fix your issue if you pay lots of money for that fix. You will get reminded numerous times that you have 30 days to return from thebtime of delivery but it takes 30 days to get them to send the return instructions.
This company should not be permitted to sell with the services received..I could post all emails communication with all the BS.and the size chart..not acvurate

this company has a business model of shipping inferior goods then offering say 20% refund and you keep the junk they send you , customer has to pay shipping for returns and the company warns of difficulty returning items .

Dont buy from them unless you wish to keep the item. Returns are to be shipped backed to china!
So to receive a refund of $89.00 cost to post is $60.00

Zero stars. Fan advertised in pounds. Appeared to be shipped from Sydney Australia but looks like it’s from China. Markings on fan and remote in chinese. 1st fan didnt work (shoddy quality and questionable electrics). Asked for refund. They sent another one. Didnt work. Asked for a refund. They’re sending another! Will be pursuing refund from credit card company. Avoid them. Likely AI generated correspondence.

Poor quality product and terrible customer service

Very disappointing experience. The watch I received was a cheap, poor-quality Chinese-made product and nothing like what I expected.

When I requested a return, instead of simply providing the return details, I received repeated generic emails offering partial refunds and vouchers. It feels like a deliberate tactic to delay and discourage customers from returning products.

Poor product, poor service, and an unnecessarily difficult returns process. I would not recommend this company.

Gonna give 0 stars. Shop is not australia based or run, but a drop shipping company from China. I am not against chinese products just how deceiving they are. Took 4 weeks to deliver for something they promised was a 4-5 working days on the website. Product delivered is way below sub-par, and now working on the refund. Wish me luck!

Update - battle is still on. They are offering discounts and vouchers instead of actual refund. This against consumer laws in Australia.

Do not buy from this company, I have ordered a Fan and it has taken over 2 weeks to be delivered to me. When the fan arrived there was no instructions in English only in Chinese and the worst part is the fan does not work. I have emailed this company asking for refund but its been more than 2 weeks and still not yet received no reply from them. Please check all reviews before buying from them as i though they were based in Australia but they are actually from China

I ordered a pair of sandals from this fraudulent company. I never received them and two months down the road have still not received a refund. Avoid this company at all costs

Company is a scam. They are not in Australia, took almost two full weeks to ship the product from China (not including actual transit time; it was like a month before I received anything), used a dodgy courier company that left the product on the sidewalk (I feel like they hoped the product got stolen so that I couldn't complain) and then when I finally got it, it turned out to not be what was advertised at all. Currently going through a dispute on Paypal with these people.

Update: Noworries tried to take down my Trustpilot review by forcing me to share my customer information, which I have begrudgingly done so that this review stays up. I also won my PayPal case against them, which is a relief. Glad to put this sour episode behind me. For anyone who gets scammed after me, don't participate in their awful return process. Document the scam and contest it.

This company is a scam. They appear to have very little integrity as they don't listen to what the customer says, they do not want to refund for faulty items that are scam products and will never work as the item is fake, therefore making it useless to accept a replacement as it will be the same. I should have remembered the old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is". The item was listed as a 120TB solid state drive and at first use it appeared to be loading all of the data but a closer look showed that it was only accepting the folder name with no actual content. I confirmed this by doing a search about the problem and the drive behaves exactly as stated in the result from my search. Instead on being called "NO WORRIES OFFICIAL", a more appropriate name would be, "DO WORRY OFFICIAL" They refuse to allow me to return the item and get a refund. I have asked to return the items and have fulfilled all requests for photos and videos. It is like talking to a brick wall. Definitely not a company that I would recommend.

21st August 2026 Update.
This is definitely a company to be avoided. The second item still has not arrived even though it will be as useless as the first item. ( see in original post ). I have not even heard from the company as to let me know if they are ever going to refund my money. The name says " NO WORRIES OFFICIAL" THOUGH IT WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE IF IT WAS CALLED ..... " DO WORRY OFFICIAL"
It is a shame that they can keep on getting away with selling items under false pretences and then avoiding trying to solve any problems. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL TIMES.

I ordered a washer machine agitator on the 13th of June. Its now the 5th of August. Still know tracking date. Very disappointing & most definitely would not recommend this seller.

DO NOT ORDER from No Worries Sydney because it is a fake name. It's name should be "HAVE WORRIES". My order arrived late and then the order was wrong. I don't know why they have named their company as SYDNEY when the order is coming from China. I made a complaint about the order to replace it or refund the money but no reply from them. There is no way to contact them via phone as well. Only buy from this website if you want to waste your hard earned money.
After writing a formal complaint, I tried contacting them 3-4 times and got only one reply. After that no reply from them and no change or refund for the wrong product. Total waste of money.

FAKE GOODS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
For a start they are very deceptive about where their company is located. They say Australia but I think China is a more plausible location.
My item has been in transit forever and I suspect it may never arrive and if it does I have no doubt the quality will be rubbish.
Also they do not answer emails. All you get back is an automated message telling you to email them if you have a problem. There has to be a way of stopping these people. Makes me never want to shop online ever again.
UPDATE see their response to my review - they don’t address my concerns and have not provided any information regarding a solution to my problem with them. It’s probably yet another auto generated standard response.
UPDATE I have now received my “leather” trousers and, sure enough, they are fake. Fake leather - made of polyester. Terrible terrible firm and now I have to pay to send this rubbish back to them.

I wish I had never used this company. I ordered two dog beds supposedly with orthopaedic support and removable covers. They are not as advertised and are rubbish. Poorly finished with very little stuffing inside so the sides just lie flat. So much for support. This company shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on the internet. When I asked to send them back and have a full refund as they are not fit for purpose my emails were ignored.

I wish I could give a -1 star ⭐️ they act like it is a Sydney based company with items shipped 4-6 days. All items are shipped from China and we have now waited 8 days and the items have still not been shipped. Absolutely disgusting!!

DO NO BUY! Sadly I did not read the reviews. Wrong item was sent, worth £10 when I ordered an item costing £50. Offered refund which was nowhere near the difference in value. Customer services say you can return - but at your cost. But refuse to acknowledge that if the item is defective their policy says they’ll pay. Don’t be seduced by flashy website. Far from No Worries…

I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing then going through the endless process of pretending they were sending goods before finally offering a credit I did not want. Fortunately I got a refund via the credit card company but they should not be allowed to take card payments in the first place. Avoid at all costs.
