Have been trying to get a refund on a dressing gown…. To be fair I ordered the wrong colour however when it arrived the quality was very poor.
I paid $109 and four weeks ago through frustration. I went to my Aldi store and bought a far better quality for $35 when I did get a response from. No worries the best they could do would be offer me a $25 discount on my purchase and every reply I get now is an auto response. This is not good enough.

The company is based in China, not Australia. Returning an item was a frustrating experience. I had to send numerous emails before receiving any assistance, and communication was slow and ineffective. I would not purchase from this company again.

I placed the order and then 2 hrs later realised it wouldn’t fit in the shower so I emailed immediately to say cancel
They replied and stated the process had already started and couldn’t stop the order . Waited a few weeks and it arrived .
Want to send it back but cannot find the address they do not reply to me .returns policy unbelievable

I ordered a size 9.5 shoe and the shoe that arrived was marked a 41 (7).I immediately sent a email yo start the return and refund process. It has now been 7 days and I still don't know how to return the item and get a refund. I have emailed again but no response

Bought a set of 6 storage boxes - only 1 arrived. After initial good services about this issue, they've now ghosted me (for 2 months, despite follow ups). I've submitted complaints via Shopify, their website and will try via Fair Trading. Given the poor reviews on Trustpilot, I definitely think theyre a dodgy provider. Their Instagram is now private and their contact us links don't work

I want to return my shoes and have has countless emails and they will not give me a return ad6

I placed an order then (within 5 mins) realised I made a mistake and sent an email to cancel the order which was within the 2 hours in their policy. They also got back to me and said they would cancel. they sent out the item anyway and then said I can send it back but it'll cost me 30 euros. Do Not Buy from this company. total scammers. I asked them to pay for the return as the product should never have been sent but they refuse to acknowledge that. Worst customer service and terrible company.

I bought from this 'website' and after paying, it said I would recieve an order confirmation and order number. I never have, and since the product arrived, I have wanted to return and refund it within the 30-day period; however, I do not have an order number to do so, and after emailing them, I still have not heard back.

This company has been an absolute joke to deal with. I ordered an item on the 7th of May and have never been more disappointed with a business.

I’ve emailed customer service at least twice a week asking for updates and kept being told the item was “on the way” and that there were delays with postal services. Yet the item still never arrived.

Now they have completely stopped replying to my emails. Their Instagram page has either been deleted or I’ve been blocked. I also requested a refund and received no response at all.

I submitted complaints through their system and only received automated replies saying someone would contact me within two days — that was almost three weeks ago, and still nothing.

Thankfully I paid with a credit card, so I’ll now be trying to recover my money through the bank.

This is an Overseas site inspite of the glossy and extensive web site featuring Sydney. Ordered on 9th June and next day advised that shipping information had been prepared and normal delivery 6 - 10 days. Followed up with 4 emails to their "caring" Customer service and got same automatic replies saying delivery does take 14 days - at least their technology works also evidenced by their FBook and Google algorithms that project they are a popular and "genuine" site popping up all the time. Even worse my Bank asked for confirmation for my online payment - that should have red flagged for me BUT....... $119 but I did get $10 off!!!!!!

Update 25/6 - I received the same auto BOT response that all the other negatives reviews on this site received. I have responded " Dear BOT" but no means hopeful- shame that the BOT is not as ethical as it is clever.

I suspect they just take your money and say they have nothing to do with anything that happens after they take your money.
My package arrived two months after I ordered. It was so damaged, looked like it was half open and was soaking and dripping wet. Because it was received outside of the “30 day returns policy” they said I couldn’t return it or get a refund. How does that make sense?
Place seems like a scam to me.
They offered me a 10% “goodwill” gesture….
I would say AVOID!!!

I have received the same item badly damaged twice. Product is inferior and packaging substandard. They are passing off products as strong and able to hold significant weight in the guise of cheap tin copies (ie corner shower unit). Requested refund on the first item which they ignored and sent me a replacement which was also received damaged. They are pretending to be from Sydney in their name which they are obviously not.

Don’t trust them. Pretends to be local. They are in China. Bought safety shoes with steel toe - absolutely no steel it soft and playable. Refused to give refund if I don’t pay shipping back to China. Claims 4.7 stars on Trustpilot. This site is proof that it’s bulls#&t.

Received my items within the advertised time frame. That was ok.
Absence of material composition/care labels. No ‘brand’ labels.
The items didn’t suit so requested a return. Horrendously obtuse customer ‘care(?!)’ 8+ emails later they finally provided a return address with a caution that it can be very costly to return to china. I have no faith that if I were to return the items at my cost, that they would either make it to the return address or a refund would be issued. I’ve admitted defeat on this one, chalked it up to experience and will be more cautious to check trustpilot before any future online orders.
Don’t waste your time with this company, they’re trash. I’ve just scrolled down trust pilot to read the ‘positive’ reviews. I suspect they’re not genuine 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Ordered a solar battery bank. I had to wait a while to get it delivered, but that is fine. It has a torch that doesn't work, but that is fine (I don't need a torch anyway). The ad claims to be very versatile and powerful.
I tried to charge my phone as soon as I received it and took a long time to charge. The next time I connected the solar charger to a power point to fully charge it since there was no sun lately and I haven't been able to charge anything with it since. The lights are on and there must be charge in it but when I connect my phone to it, it doesn't charge. Instead my mobile starts to lose charge after a while when connected to the solar charger. It is useless to me and it wasn't cheap either. Gave one star because I actually received it.

No communication regarding returns until dispute raised and even after that limited . Offered a gift card that could not be redeemed. Dodgy business . Do not buy from them !!!

Further to this review I was offered a refund only for that offer to be taken back and the same offer of a gift card …. Upon telling them yet again it could not be redeemed , I was told to purchase the item and then I’d get a refund …. Which would bring us back to the beginning of our issue twofold. No one in this company has any interest in helping resolve issues despite what they say on their site.

Extremely disappointed. Delivery took over 10 days, and after receiving the jacket, I found what appears to be the same item on Temu for nearly half the price. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and misled. Definitely not what I expected, and I won’t be shopping here again.
