Do NOT buy from this website!! It is a scam. Complete false advertising of the entire product including size and quality. They pretend to ship from Sydney, are actually in hong kong. Comes in cheap shitty wrapping and they make you pay your return postage overseas for a product that is completely false.

I purchased a jacket on 13/6/26 which was too small. I thought I was dealing with an Aust based company which was incorrect. They promise easy exchange but it is not possible. Aust post requires a phone no ( as of 1/07/26) to post overseas) and thus company refuses to give a phone number. Tells me to use another service. DONT use this company! They have generic response emails and you get nowhere. Definitely do not recommend!!!
Their reply to my review is the typical generic reply they give to all the complaints which is a huge part of the problem. There have been multiple emails from me to them and I have asked for a phone no as Aust Post requires and now they want more information from me. This goes round and round in circles.

I have been trying to get a refund for a 500NZ$ worth of products they this company scam me for,and it has been a nightmare.

They have sold me a very poor quality product misleading me to imagine I would be receiving high quality product instead,they are big scammers that have no mercy on anyone,they just want to have money and don't care about innocent people that are buying online..
Please please do yourself a massive favor and don't buy anything from them,save your precious money,I guarantee you are going to be very very disappointed

I was not happy with Noworries Sydney. I still have not got my drone and it has been at least 3 weeks. You can't contact them and if you email them they just send you an automated response. I did not get an order number and no email was sent confirming my order. Very dissatisfied and I would never order from them again. Hannah

I ordered a jacket as in the photo advert it was stated as being leather for NZ130. It is not leather but synthetic matrerial. I was charged NZ$8.24 for a security box but it was delivered in a cheap bag all crushed up. I already have a jacket exactly the same that I bought from Temu for NZ$35. I have asked for a return address and full refund as they state they offer a 30day return but no address given

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

The dress I received was significantly different from the one advertised on the website. The quality, fabric, structure, and overall appearance did not match the product photos or description. It looked like a completely different dress from what I ordered.

When I contacted customer service to request a return and full refund, I was first offered only a 25% refund if I kept the dress. After I declined, they increased the offer to 30% or a 60% store voucher instead of resolving the issue.

When I continued to request a full refund, I was told that I would have to return the item to China at my own expense, despite receiving a product that was not as advertised. International return shipping would cost a significant amount, making a refund impractical.

In my opinion, this return process places an unfair burden on customers when the product received does not match what was advertised.

I have kept screenshots of the product listing, photographs comparing the advertised dress with the one I received, and copies of all correspondence with customer service.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordered what looked on the website to be a high quality product. Received something that looked vaguely similar but not nearly of the same quality. In fact it was junk.
Refused to provide a refund unless I returned the product to their warehouse in ... you guessed it... China, at my own cost. Instead offered a 25% discount or a voucher for 60% of the purchase value, presumably to buy more junk.

Is someone able to provide me with a email address. I have not recieved any contact nor a order number. I paid for my item a week ago. To make any contact it asks for a order number I cannot make contact.

I ordered 2 pendants, all their marketing and advertising is designed to make you think they're local company but they are just reselling junk from aliexpress/temu. Both lights were completely unusable and broken and the support team simply don't reply to emails. I would recommend to everyone to simply start a chargeback and get a refund. Truly dishonest.

Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. l ordered 3 pair of sneakers size 37, after 4 weeks they still hadn't arrived. l emailed the company several times with no luck, nobody got back to me. When one pair arrived, it was a size 41 not the size 37 l ordered. The other two pair l have not received. Finally, they got back to me, they were very rude & couldn't be bothered to help. l buy a lot online & have never had such poor customer service. l would say to anyone please do not buy & support this company, you will lose your money & if you do get your order, it will be very poor quality. Absolutely disgraceful.

This company is extremely fraudulent! Advertising they are from Sydney and returns accepted! The quality is rubbish! Upon trying to return these items it was discovered they are made in China and it is quite expensive to return them. Emails back and forth, they couldn’t even get my name correct, clearly talking to a bot! I was offered a percentage refund and keep the clothes, when refused i was offered another percentage and then a 3rd! After reading reviews about this shonky company i was not prepared to spend any more money or effort on this and took a $120 loss! Something needs to be done about places like this! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, SHAME ON YOU!

This company is fraudulent and misleading.. states it is dispatched in 1-2days and it's now 3 weeks later still sitting at a Chinese factory.. very misleading as it states Sydney on website thinking Australia made especially with prices yet it's from China. No customer service it is appalling.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY even the replies from this fraudulent company are AI generated!!

This is the worst experience I had. My order no NW54542.

My order shipping address would be 1/ 60 Patricia Street, Blacktown NSW-2148.
And order has been delivered at wrong address. It's been delivered at unit 11 instead of unit 1.
I made 6 to 7 request . Please advise what are you going to do now. Are you going to send another or are you refund me ?. Please advise urgently.
I also upload phots , which I found online from carrier website. But no one reply me back, So I spent $89 but I haven't got my shoes. They do not have Courtesy to give replay of email.
So this is my request to all customer beware before but this is no customer service if you have any issue.

OMG The worst experience DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . it cost me $50 to return my horrible clothes , quality is terrible and they have ignored all of my emails and i have not not only wasted $400 in clothing but $50 in returning them for nothing as they have not refunded me. DO NOT USE you will be throwing your money away .......I just got your reply to my negative review and as it thought, that same reply you give all the negative reviews...it is clear what you do you get everyone to pay $50 to return the products which you then on-sell and never give them back their money for returning the products. I purchased two Polo shirts which appeared to be a high-quality well-designed Australian product on this company’s ‘Sydney’ website.
The shirts finally arrived - poorly packaged, without labels as to their brand or any details about the material or washing/ironing instructions. It is obvious to me that this product is an inferior generic item from which the identity had been concealed by removing its labels.
As I only found out later, the VERY SAME Polos are available on Temu for about 20 Australian dollars each. I paid over AUD 70 each!
Judging by its name and website presentation it appears that this is a reputable Australian company. I now see that they are Hong Kong based and that this is just a false Australian shopfront to mislead potential customers.
Pursuing a refund would no doubt be futile. I will let the matter lie and write it off to experience. From now on I will research websites thoroughly before purchasing in future.
The shirts will end up in the charity bin.

The worst experience with any online shopping I’ve ever experienced!
After receiving the order after a month of payment, we received a waistcoat and jacket as a set, but each had completely different buttons, the jacket had no lining and neither item had any shape. When we asked to return, they made the process so difficult and all costs incurred to ship it back were on us and no guarantee they would actually refund our money.
Now they’re ghosting me.
Better to deal with Temu - and that’s saying something.

There service is disgusting and they have no communication with the customer I will never order from them again and I still haven’t received my jacket

I ordered two pairs of motorcycle gloves four weeks ago and still have not recieved them,i've sent two emails and only a automated response ,not good enough.

I purchased a phone watch from No Worries website and paid by bank transfer. The watch does not accept a SIM card, even though this was a key feature I expected from the product. I contacted the seller by email to request a return and refund, but I have received no response.
I am disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this website unless they respond and resolve the issue.
