I bought a "real leather" coat - it was plastic, and a multilayer rain coat with ventilation layers - it was a simple plastic raincoat.

Replied to my poor review where I shared my experience with them about a faulty product. I was assured an escalation and a possible solution but haven't heard from them since then.

Poor after sale service, poor quality, poor return policy.
I have never previously made a complaint. I ordered a wall mounted wooden coat rack. I did receive my order however the item was different wood to my order and the quality was poor. Even though I contacted the company, asked for an address so I could return the item, I got an automated response initially, followed by a email to saying they were looking into my complaint and respond. For my return, I had to cover the cost of return shipping.

During the return process, the information they've provided in their return email is inadequate for returning the product, so now there's a chance I will be out the cost of the original purchase plus the return shipping costs.
