I needed to complete on a lease on a commercial premises and at short notice NSUK booked an asbestos survey via email over the weekned for this Monday, the survey was done as promised and today, Tuesady I have the report. Excellent job and thank you Aannabel help overcome the annoying estate agents mis-information about the keys. I'll definately use your services again.

Found them on Google, they booked the Fire and Asbestos surveys within 2 days of my call, and their agent was prompt, friendly and efficient, and they kindly sent the report the next day by pdf as it was urgent for a property sale. Fantastic service, and worked out half the price of other companies I called, most of whom could just do one or other of the reports needed. Will happily recommend them and definitely use them again when needed.

Initially great, then didn't deliver.Had a survey done, very efficient and quick to receive. However we sent this to a number of companies who couldn't figure out the references to the property. A number of them called the company and so did I. Promised a plan and clearer reference back within 48 hours, never happened. Didn't hear from them (like every other company these days). Chased 4 weeks later, very responsive, but frankly all a little late. A number of accredited companies felt their report was poor and not good enough and wouldn't pass the guidelines in the industry. Their words not mine.

Found NSUK online and was impressed by the fact that the Fire Safety Assessment and Asbestos Survey could be performed by the same person. Booking was easy, Kirk attended at the arranged date/time, he was friendly, polite and efficient.

NSUK were very quick and professional in their communications. I was booked in with a time-slot and date within moments. Given the challenges of COVID-19 they were organised and honourable.

Very soon after enquiring i received my quote. On agreeing to the quote my survey was carried out quickly and efficiently. I received the results as promised and within the time frame. Would highly recommend this companies service

We use NSUK for a project we are running in the SE of England and we have found them not just very efficient but also very reliable and more than willing to help and assist us in anyway they can. The communication from them is second to none in all instances and we will defiantly use them for future projects as we go along.

We contacted NSUK regarding sampling the textured paint on a ceiling in a house we are purchasing and got offered to purchase an asbestos sampling kit for £29.99 which we then ordered online. There was no option for choosing a size for the PPE. Unfortunately the kit was not fit for purpose as the size of the coverall and gloves they sent was "S", and we needed "XXL" for the coverall and a larger size for gloves. After emailing them about it, they said that they had supply issues but would aim to send out a coverall and gloves in a larger size. We finally only received the coverall in the required size, but no gloves. We emailed them that we would send the asbestos sampling kit back as it was not fit for purpose, but received no reply from them anymore. We sent the kit back with a letter asking for refund, but never got a reply. When we called them 2 weeks later about it, we were told that they do not issue refunds for the kits. We got some advice of Citizens Advice today on how to proceed as the kit they supplied was not fit for purpose.

NSUK was professional & helpful from the outset. I turned to them for an Asbestos Management Survey prior to purchasing a residential property. They provided quick turnaround, a fair price and support with the survey report once completed.
