Don't buy anything from their online shop! They sell items they don't have in stock. They take your money, and then, three weeks later, tell you they're still waiting for the item to arrive. After that, they mess you around for months until they finally get your purchase in stock.

A waste of time and money.

NSW CPAP staff were very reassuring when my CPAP part wasn't delivered to my unit last week. I couldn't go to the letter box for the units, as I'd had a spinal procedure performed that AM, and been told not to walk about. They emailed a couple of times and said to check in the AM, and I just felt they were concerned, which made me feel I was in good hands if it had gone missing.

Mask is good so far F20. Love it. But had to follow up with company as sales person forgot to put a name on my invoice so could not claim. Saying that Jeremy was very helpful when I rang advising me about setting. Thanks.

I thought that the delivery time of 14 days was too slow for a medical item & the delivery cost of about $15 on the high side. I am sure you could do better on both.

The product arrived promptly and is of good quality at a very reasonable price.

Peaceful and sound sleep after a long time.

I have shopped with NSW CPAP for years. They have a good range and fair pricing. Unfortunately the service has fallen off drastically. My recent order (more than $1400) was not processed after one week with NO updates at all. Only after I queried (by email) was it processed and shipped (express). The customer should not have to chase these things up. Anyway this is my experience. I hope yours is better. I won't be shopping with them again.
