The delivery was a bit slow

The delivery was a bit slow. I was concerned at first thinking I had placed the order in Ottawa, Canada and that was the reason for the delay but I saw on arrival it had come from Queensland which should have taken two days not two weeks.

No available products

When I first joined their elite program, I was able to order whatever I wanted. A couple of months ago, I tried to order products and nothing was available. Today, same thing; everything I try to buy is not available. I've requested my money back because I can't buy anything and I'm wondering what happened to them. Is it because I'm in California?
