Surprised at how quick the delivery was, very good.

I purchased ‘Gecko Gone’ 500 ml spray bottle $25.45. Firstly when I purchased it on my Apple Pay it did not disclose how much the postage was going to be until after purchase. It was a whopping $24.95 taking the total to $50.40.

On receiving it I saturated the areas that were affected by geckos. I sprayed as per the directions, around doorways, windows, on ceiling fans and the ceiling. It did not work or deter the Geckos. I spayed again now using the whole bottle but still did not deter them. Total waste of $50!!! I do not normally purchase on-line but this has taught me a lesson. Don’t waste your money on this product.

I had a very disappointing experience with NuLeaf.

The first and only quote I received was rushed on a Friday afternoon (Early Oct 2024). While I appreciate it was close to the end of business, the team member (Tom) assured me he’d review it further later, but he never followed up. I provided my to scale builders stamped plans to work off. When I returned to the office multiple times, he was either unavailable or out on location, and the other staff weren’t willing or able to assist. The quote I received was unsuitable—the sprayers suggested were good for my low pressure but couldn’t spray uphill, despite me explaining the 45° incline and even asking if it would be better to place the sprayers at the top of the hill to irrigate downward. Despite the layout and recommendations not being ideal, Tom was still the most helpful of the staff I dealt with, he gave me equipment to measure flow rate, explained it and he went the extra mile to check the plumber costs from the plumber they recommend forward for jobs.

The second staff member I spoke with questioned the first quote, why I hadn’t been given scale paper and kept saying I probably hadn't done the pressure test properly, until I repeated the directions I was provided from Tom and the results from that. Despite me carefully annotating my builder’s to-scale plans with accurate measurements and notes to streamline the process, I was told the plans weren’t acceptable simply because they weren’t drawn on NuLeaf’s partner’s specific graph paper and that id have to redo the pressure test to make sure my measurements were right. His attitude left me confused and disappointed, especially when he criticised his colleague’s work and failed to instill any confidence in their ability to understand the project. Instead of working with me to find solutions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, making it clear he wouldn’t continue the conversation until I redrew the plans to his specifications on their provided paper. When I explained how difficult this would be for me given my circumstances, he showed no care or understanding.

As a single mum with toddlers, this was an unreasonable and disheartening request, especially given the time I had already invested in preparing the first plan after putting my kids to bed. My builder even reviewed my original plan and confirmed it was detailed and accurate enough for professional use, noting that NuLeaf, as the supposed experts, should have been able to work from it.

Additionally, this staff member questioned why I wasn’t purchasing my pump and tank through NuLeaf directly, despite the rest of the quote being unsuitable and no one following up with an updated quote as promised. Why would I, when no one bothered to help me each time I came in store or followed up for a more accurate quote? Why would I have confidence in paying for their services when they failed to provide a functional solution? Ultimately, I ended up ordering my pump and tank through my builder and plumber, who use NuLeaf and had actually recommended them to me. However, this experience showed me I was better off letting my plumber and builder deal with third parties than trying to organize it myself through NuLeaf and I am kind of hoping now they haven't gone through NuLeaf for the stuff, as I don't want to deal with NuLeaf if I have any future issues with items.

This experience left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and as though being a female dealing with an older male contributed to how I was treated. I truly believe the outcome would have been different had I been someone else. I live in Goldsborough and had a budget of $10k for a tank, pump, and basic irrigation install, but after this experience, I hope I don’t come across NuLeaf again. I’d rather pay more to avoid going through such a horrible experience again.

I bought a capital sprinkler based on the photograph on the online site. The photograph of the product shows a Pope Capital Sprinkler but the product I received was instead a cheap inferior made in China item. If I wanted a cheap imitation I could have bought one anywhere. The web site is misrepresenting the product. I sent a message of complaint to Nuleaf but received no response. Not happy.

Fast, efficient service. Promptly dealt with a query I had. Order was dispatched quickly and arrived exactly as I was informed. Very impressive!

Our order was processed and posted promptly....and... we think the Gecko Gone might actually work! Glad we purchased two of the spray bottles as the first one is nearly empty after we did the 'rounds' of the house once. Will see how long it lasts and how often we need to reapply.
