I placed an order & emailed to cancel 30 minutes later. They kept emailing that it had been shipped & could not refund my money when it had not been shipped. I have emailed multiple times. They won’t answer me. It’s saying it has shipped now, but I don’t want their products. I want a refund & I want it immediately. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau & The Federal Commission. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. If they don’t refund my the full amount. I will report them to the local & national news. I have read information where customers are beginning to plan a class action lawsuit.

I don't recommend this product. I thought i was buying a steam sauna like they used to sell. I received a dry sauna. Once we took everything out of the box we noticed it was a dry sauna and immediately didnt use it. They wont return my money. They dont offer the product I want. Therefore a credit is irrelevant as all they sell is dry saunas now. They want me to pay to return it if its even possible and even then its a CREDIT... Because shipping from canada to US is cheap.... Now I'm out $400. I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending Nurecover to anyone i know. Never again.

I was skeptical when I made my purchase because the prices were so good. Sauna arrived and it is AMZING! Add in the red light benefit and I am still in love. The customer service is spectacular. If you are thinking about ordering, just do it!

Shipping is lost. Trying to cancel because package is lost in shipping. Customer service keeps offering other products free of charge and even the one I agreed to on that has had zero response from Nurecover. Please do not give this fraud of a company any money.

I left a review a few months ago about not being paid for my content promoting their products after joining their affiliate program. I got a response a few days later promising me to get this resolved for me. After dozens of emails, trying to contact them through their social media. I still have not been paid. This company is laughable.

This company has been nonexistent after I reached out to attempt to cancel my order claiming it already shipped when it didnt. After finally receiving the order, I have been trying to return it and they are not responding. Extremely disappointed is an understatement, certainly would not recommend and certainly will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

Don’t order! I purchased over two weeks ago and no sign of my purchased. I’ve emailed them several times with no answer. tracking does not work. I would save your money and not order from here I made the mistake twice

Ordered then nothing, no replies to my emails BEWARE

I was sent a replacement steam unit, mine had cracked and started leaking. It did take a bit of convincing, and email communication back and forth. Glen, at Nurecover did get me sent a new unit, free of charge. Which I think was good of them. So I’m glad I’m able to use my steam unit again! The new steam unit they sent out looks to be much more heavy duty than the last. Hopeful for lots of life out of this one

the absolute worst. I keep getting delays that say "it is being shipped, however the tracking info given shows only a label created.

It better be amazing, although at this point I am ready to cancel

I purchased a sauna and its been over 14 days after been told it would be delivered 3-5 business days. I have sent multiple emails requesting to cancel at the point only to receive a generic email saying they received my email and are looking into it. It's been over a week at this point and still have not received any communication from them. I also paid for the lifetime warranty which I now believe I will get zero help if I do receive the product and something is wrong. Stay away from this company, they will take your money and leave you hanging out to dry.

Shipping took a long time with automated replies to my email inquires blaming the war in Iran, ok, reasonable excuse. Then here is the BIG JOKE, I paid for the Sauna Pro, on sale for $349.00. The sauna pro shows a tall sauna (taller than an an average human standing next to it) a nice portable chair and advertises red light therapy. What I got was a compact Sauna Go, a short sauna, toddler sized chair and "red light therapy" is a red light strip! I emailed that we were sent the wrong sauna, I was assured that they no longer manufacture the Sauna Pro even though their official website to this day shows the Sauna Pro. They lie! In FAQ on their website they assure that a customer that is 6-1 can comfortably get in and stand in their sauna, what a joke!

This is a horrible company. Stay away. The product wasn’t the one listed on the website and then they tell you once you open and set it up that it’s not returnable. They take days to respond and always try to find a way stall/avoid. The product is not great either: poor quality, smells like horrible plastic chemicals, and is very small (which is why they don’t give you the dimensions of it when it’s setup).

False advertising, bought a Sauna Pro and recieved a Sauna go that is half the size of what I paid for. Emailed and they said it's the only one they make now and it isn't even listed on their site. Buyers beware.

I waited a ridiculous amount of time for delivery from China!

I never even received my product. When I ordered the SaunaPro, I was told it would ship within 7 business days. A shipping label was created 12 hours after my order, but the item never even shipped. Customer service is absolutely horrible and all automated so all you get are pre-prompted messages. After two weeks of waiting I tried to cancel the order, but the system decided since a shipping label was made, I couldn’t cancel. Had to get my bank involved to finally get my money back and cancel the order. Accurate information is important. Customers don’t want to be lied to. Fix your system. Put the human element back in it. AI is garbage and not as reliable as you think.

So scammy. I ordered a sauna that said it shipped. After 6 days of no movement on the tracking, I finally reached out to my Credit Card company to reverse the charge since it was fraudulent. The refund happened almost immediately, and what do you know -- still no sauna.

So, they'll say they ship it...but rest assured, it won't.

I as well as others were concerned over the negative reviews posted on here. My experience has been great! I received the latest model which heats to 185 degrees. I purchased a sauna thermometer to double check the heat and it shows a peak of 200! The shorter height of it allows you to be in the hottest environment as if were any taller most of the heat would rise well above your head. I and my son have been using this sauna 5 to 7 days per week for the past three weeks and have no plans of stopping. It allows our recovery from powerlifting workouts to be sped up and I have actually shed some weight while getting more reps in the gym. Anyone who has been lifting for a while knows how difficult or downright impossible that is to do! My only negative is the shipping time as it was mailed from overseas. Would definitely recommend to friends!

It’s a total scam. I knew the second that I purchased, and it gave me a discount code if I promote their product online to scam others. Less than 10 minutes after placing the order, I tried to cancel it. No response. Then, 4 days later, I received an email with the tracking number saying “so sorry but we just shipped it so it’s too late”. They hadn’t shipped it yet. Still, 5 days after that, the tracking label is the only thing made and it hasn’t yet left their warehouse at all. Once they have your money, good luck getting it back.
