🚨🚨🚨Bunch of scam artists. Let me wait half a year for my order then tried to tell me i couldnt return it because i was over the date of return when it took 6 months to deliver the product.

Then they told me because they had new owners there not dealing with old order returns. Due to persisting after nearly a year they gave me my money back. Trying to scam me out of almost £600

Pieces of shit hoping i would give up and let them keep my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.

I was really worried when the outside cover of my sauna was damaged. I figured there was no way I could afford to replace it after that. When I called the company to get a replacement cover I was pleasantly surprised that it was affordable and could be purchased without buying a whole new setup. Thank you so much for fantastic customer service.

Very quick to ship out. I accidentally put my old address and Maressa fixed it for me in no time. Great customer service!

I was just experiencing a difficult time using my indoor sauna, because both of the dry heathers ( Thermacore ) wasn't working properly and I called Nurecover and they fixed the problem right away!

We had an issue and the response from Maressa with Nurecover, was prompt and excellent. I highly recommend dealing with this company!

nurecover has been easy to work with when I've had any issues. I've been able to communicate via email and that have approved and shipped parts that I have needed without any hassle.

Giorgi was phenomenal and quick to respond to my emails. My steam sauna died so Giorgi helped me find the next best replacement! Communication was superb!

If zero stars or negative ratings were an option, that is exactly what this company would receive.

The product I received is complete junk and clearly false advertising compared to what is shown on their website. To make matters worse, it is wildly overpriced for the abysmal quality delivered.

I contacted customer service to request a full refund, and I have received zero response. They take your money, deliver an inferior product, and then completely ignore you when you ask for accountability.

Save your time and hard-earned money. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Upon ordering I received my sauna in a timely manner. However, within in the first five uses the redlight broke and one of the prongs of the electrical plug for the heater came out. I can't give a full review because I haven't had the opportunity to use it enough. It was still under warranty so they agreed to replace the broken light and heater. That was over two months ago. I received the light after 6 weeks but am still waiting on the heater. They say it's coming from the factory but it will take them at least 2 weeks to ship. When you email customer service it takes at least 2 days for a response. I would not recommend dealing with this company!! By the way the redlight clips are worthless. When the sauna is up to heat the clips being a cheap plastic become pliable and the light falls. 0/10.

I have ordered a couple of items from Nurecover, including the sauna and the ice pod. Recently, I have ordered the chiller for the ice pod. I think these products are outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been using my sauna almost every single night, and I love it! The same with the ice pod. I used to use a 55-gallon barrel, and now I have the luxury of easily fitting into the ice pod and doing my ice plunges with a little bit of ice. I'm looking forward to receiving my chiller to complement the ice pod.

Before the chiller, I had tried ordering a couple of ice packs, and due to errors with the post office, my items were sent back. I reached out to Nurecover and spoke with Maressa, and she was able to take care of the issue right away and refund the ice packs almost immediately. I have nothing but high praise for Nurecover and will continue to recommend them to all of my clients as a health and wellness coach.

The product has been excellent! We ran into one issue and the customer service has been quick and has exceeded our expectations thus far!!

Attempting to cancel an order shortly after ordering it due to lack of funds. Customer service did not respond till a day later and told me that they will have to check with their warehouse if it had shipped yet or not. Did not receive any other communication until product had shipped after I had already communicated I want to cancel the order. Product arrived and I email them again to start the refund process and has yet to receive a response other then the manager is looking into it. What is there to look into? Product arrive still in box and they do not respond to any emails whatsoever. I am sure they are waiting until I am passed the 90-day return policy before responding so they can say I am passed the timeline. So, i filed a claim with my credit card company showing them the one-sided communication between me and Nurecover, so I will end up getting a refund and since they don't want me to return their products, I guess I will make some extra money selling it on Facebook market selling their product for cheap. Avoid this company at all cost. There are plenty of other companies out there with good customer service then this sorry excuse of a company. They think they are legally untouchable but I can file a small claim towards them and be reachable to where they are at. Again, avoid this company at all cost

Alex was so helpful with getting me a new red light for my sauna! I really appreciated the fast response especially since it was my fault and nothing Nurecover did. I highly recommend them. I love my sauna and use it regularly!
