I have been working for the company for almost 5 years. In Kent branch communication was great, but time to time there was no job at all for weeks. Now trying to transfer in Yorkshire, but transfer takes already 7 weeks and it is still not resolved. They not accepting CV which was made in council with professional. Also telling that someone will call this evening or tomorrow morning, but never does! Communication in this area - horrible.

I am so glad I found this company. They were literally amazing. To cut a long story short my 1st holiday was ruined because I needed emergency surgery and wass left with a major wound that needed changing every day. I had also booked Bournemouth Airshow with my son. Nurseplan went out of their way and bent over backwards to find me a nurse for 3 days only. I can't believe how much effort they made for me - a very minor customer in the grand scheme of things. Thank you Bex and Emma; without you I could not haver had a wonderful time with my son.

They couldn't care less about staff and the patients. Any concerns- don't you dare complain!!
Any questions- don't you dare ask!
Any payslip,money- how dare you ask and remind them that they haven't pay you!
Friends comes first you can work if any hours left by them will be given to you or you more then welcome to have some hrs if they short off staff or simply christmas holiday!

Quality of care is good with One carer in particular who we find is someone we ask for.

I have been working with NursePlus for over a year now. I like the fact that I get my shifts a week ahead, allowing me to plan and prepare well. The training I received from them has been extremely helpful, and they are always available to pick up the phone anytime I need help.

I like that they always have shifts for me ☺️☺️, and I love speaking to Chelsea over the phone, I don’t feel any pressure. And I’m part of the plymouth branch ✅

I have been working with Nurseplus for about a year now. I like the fact that you know your shifts ahead of time. This gives you the time to prepare your mind and body ahead. They give update training to staff regularly and this has helped me a lot.

I had a really terrible experience with this company (Hastings). Inexperienced staff, absolutely none of my needs were met (meals and personal care). None of the carers drove which was a main request. Terrible terrible breach of confidentiality from the manager who then wrote negative public statements about me after i complained! Left without food over Christmas and then the carers continued to come to the house after the contract had ended! I really don't think any other care company can be quite as bad as this one but do steer clear if in this area.

As a qualified nurse with transferable DBS and all documentation and references I expected a quick and easy on boarding process. far from it. I was dealing with 3 lots of people all didn’t know what the other was doing. Eventually got told a full days training is all I needed. I had to wait two weeks. Then I had to sign to say each course certificate would cost me £50 if I wanted it. I waited for my references then got told I required training on line. Weeks and weeks left me thinking they aren’t in a rush and obviously not needing nurses

Just received a reply. Thankyou. As for ensuring the highest standards. About 7 topics was covered in 5 hours. This is just a tick box exercise where even care assistants who didn’t have as much experience as I attended. I was told by your trainer I could not have my certificates as they would be kept in my file and if I wanted them I would have to negotiate but I signed to say they would cost me £50

I work for chichester branch. I appreciate the team. They give support and ensure your practical training are up to date. They are easily reachable on phone to deal with any issues you may have on your line of duty. Also very professional and polite treating one as part of the team. Great place to work.

I have been working with Nurseplus since Oct 2022 and they have been nothing but helpful in the Worcester branch, can't credit the girls enough for how much they've helped and kept in contact even when we haven't needed any support workers. Carry on your girl work ladies and thank you!

Nurse Plus has a very good communication with us and try to cover the shift that we requested as soon as possible. They always keep us up to date and they respond very quickly to what we need

Positive workplace, great managers and team. I don't know how they do it, but the management ensure they take care of both staff and clients always.

We have only been using Nurseplus for a short time and very intermittently. Whenever we have called the team are supportive and helpful and the Care assistants that have supported our home have been very good.

Great company to work with, very fast in covering shifts required and provide good trained staff for the roles required. If we have problems they are always quick to sort them out.

The office team are a delight to work with; always very helpful, quick to respond to cover requests, and understand our needs well.
The Support Workers are professional, experienced, well qualified, fully understand the needs of our service users and respond very well to learning as they go when new to a service.
All in all a great experience!

Nusreplus have saved us from closing the doors on multiple occasions. They're friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. They're like our 4th emergency service.
